Received a post consult letter which is a new inclusion, as with the new format of submitting a script, Im hesitant although it looks legit, (it doesn't look professional; not from the clinic but an individual), so i am hesitant to open it; now calling the clinic, disconnected after 10 minutes and waiting again, like the lights are on, but nobody home...it's pretty poor, that this part of their model is left waiting to be addressed, even an automated message would be respectful, instead of having the caller left waiting and wondering if they will be attended to. * trying again, as nearly 9am, another 15 minutes, so in all 25, still, nobody picking up! : (((
PS. The doctors; Marks, Cheng, and Cheng have been all great to consult with.

New to Horizon Health after moving from another provider. What a regretful decision that was! I’m not sure if they have any staff, because the phone is never answered. On my first order, half of it was dispensed and I haven’t heard from them since. I’ll be switching back.

Dr william bay hung up on me today while i was i tears asking if i could change products. He told me 'youre new to this and youre trying to be the doctor, dont come shopping for products. Im ending this conversation as youre not in the right mind'. I called as ive only had one prescription and the product wasnt right and I asked to change. Totally lost as to what provoked him hanging up in me while im begging for help for my stress and anxiety. I told him my car was hit today in a carpark and im shaken by that and im sorry if that was making me seem frazzled on the call but apparently he did not care and ended the call.... Like cheers for making it worse

A clinic with no fees, amazing and caring staff, and no product restrictions. The scripts are sent to their partner pharmacy, Rays Wellness, which I’ve also had no issues with, and they charge RRP with super fast shipping. Agnostic product selection with doctors that actually take the time to get to know you, rather than a 5 minute call to write a script, makes them a winner for me. A+

UPDATE 06/2026: Had a Telehealth with Dr. William Bay, and all he wanted to know is what of my previous prescriptions I would like a repeat of, and when I expressed my recent mental health struggles and if he could help recommend something that he would think might be better, he pretty much said “no, we can’t tell what works for you. What one do you want?”. Feeling really disappointed, as I’ve been with Horizon for 3+ years now and have always been treated with the most care and respect. I will not re-book with William Bay again. Very rude and rushed me to make a decision and then hung up.

Brand agnostic.dr william Bombay and dr tom wood are the best to deal with.no issues and easy going.have access to practically anything . Brand agnostic also means cheapest prices and even cheaper with health care card.e scripts are free to use at any local pharmacy. Everyone saying they have had to wait or have been sthuffed around are either fake or bots

A doctor filled my prescription incorrectly.

It took more than ten days for the correct prescription to be sent to the provider.

I suffer from chronic pain, and not only was the wrong prescription half the amount of product (1mg vs 2mg) for a higher price, but as it took ten days for the correct prescrition to be uploaded, I couldn't even try and order the correct one.

The practice will not acknowledge their inability to upload the correct prescription for nearly two weeks, let alone refund for their mistake.

My initial appointment was on the 7th of May. It is now 6pm on the 28th of May.

Oh, and if you watch their google reviews, you can see old 5 star reviews from 2 months randomly being edited so they're at the top again. They put more effort into their image than being the kind of company they want you to think they are.

Edit: if you call repeatedly to try and have your issue fixed, you will be hung up on by the one person they have answering their phones. When you ask what happened, they play dumb and say they can ask for a copy of the recording... Girl you're the only one on the phones, and it was 30 seconds ago. Stupid ahh.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Doctors and customer care staff would constantly say something was being done and then the opposite would be done. Sometimes they treat you like you are stupid and seem to like to utilise the power they have over you by being the provider of your medication.

I have had doctors miss appointments, not send scripts, been charged for appointments I never had, been treated extremely rudely for simple questions, hung up on and now I have been illegally discharged and my medication ceased without explanation. I stopped even being able to make appointments with them and was hung up on when I asked why because they no longer wanted to deal with me.

I had not sworn, become angry or even been unreasonable - simple questions about patient care and the location of my medication are nothing to write home about. Yet Horizon have been nothing but agitated and rude - and if not - told me outright lies.

In light of these complaints I had with them - since like most patients I require continuity of care - they have instead barred me from making new appointments. They refuse to elaborate even on my request (unless it's not in writing of course).

Upon asking for my medical records they discharged me and ceased my medication. As part of continuity of care, they provided the name of a clinic that has not been in operation for over a year.

I understand the owners will - like other reviews - be claiming I am a liar and that nothing like this has ever happened before. They needn't bother. In fact, it's up to them if they want the egg on their fact of my extensive documentation of this matter to be uploaded alongside this.

If you want to use this clinic I suggest you document everything and keep a complaint hot and ready for the TGA and AHPRA - I've never encountered people working at a clinic so intent on ensuring their patients suffer. I am not the only one I know who they have done this too as well.

3 minutes into the appointment, my phone batter died. By the time I plugged in a charger and rebooted the phone, perhaps two minutes passed. So I was technically about 7 minutes into my appointment. The doctor did not try and call me back and instead was obviously just keen to work through his appointments. Subsequently I still do NOT have a prescription. I do not believe your health is the priority for some of their doctors unfortunately.

Do not use this clinic. As others have stated, it has gone downhill horrendously over the last 6-12 months. Not that the original process was great in the first place, but now it's an absolute NO GO. And if you leave a review, they try and claim it's all lies.

HORRIFIC HANDLING OF GLITCHES AND SCRIPTING!

Over 5 months I had at least 5 appointments that i had set over the phone go without a call from the Dr. This all within the same month or so. Every time essentially getting gaslit into thinking it was an error with accepting/approving the appointment (all gaslighting).

Then there is the issue with scripting the actual products. Since december 2025, the Docters have essentially stopped giving out peoples scripts after the appoitnments. Seemingly letting them all pile up. I had call and this is what they had admitted to of happened. I now still after a two month delay of waiting for my paid for scripts to come in, I only have one item on there that I specifically said didnt work MONTHS AGO. This went froma scripting pile up error, to now incompetent Docters giving people Incorrect products. Completely unforgiveable. Complete sham.

I had my consultation with the dr on Monday night which I have paid for, and the dr said there was technical issues and that he will have the scripts sent the following morning.
The scripts were not sent through and i have been following it up since, every time i have called i was told i will receive a call back and not once have i received a call back, instead i have had to call myself. And i still have no scripts provided, I have severe spinal injuries along with hand and shoulder injuries and am depending on these scripts to help with my pain management and treatment.

I dont know what there all clakin on about but I moved from easy kind and its the best thing iv ever done.the 30 consultation is only needed when you run out of your 9/12 or so repeats.started out with William Bombay and really good but he's booked out for almost a week in advance.then went with Tom Wallace and he was also good.lots of options,brand agnostic.3 choices maybe 4

I cannot speak more highly of Dr Raman Borgha who is warm, welcoming and friendly man. We had a tricky medical situation and he walked me through it with a lot of patience and always with a smile. He clearly loves what he does with his passion for ENT services. Thank you Dr Raman.

Dr William Bay is so rude, wasted my time and hung up on me after I asked a question and expressed my concerns. I’m appalled, he couldn’t care less about you or your medical needs at all. I do not recommend this doctor for medicinal cannabis or this company.

Won’t reply to emails of missing scripts but will email you 8 months later to chase up payments due to their administration error. Another company gone to greed. Lost its values.

Called me Wednesday morning to reschedule my appointment to Friday. Then text me saying my appointment on Friday was canceled. I have been trying to contact them multiple times a day ever since. Not a single returned call or email.

Just found out my doctor has cancelled 3 of my scripts without consulting me. I am now without medication. Incredibly unprofessional.

The booking and consultation process was very smooth. Had the consultation and told a script would be sent to the dispensery and to wait.
Two weeks later and nothing. Called the dispensery and been advised no script has been sent yet.

Tried calling back horizon health and constantly goes to voicemail only. Tried leaving a voicemail, submitting online queries and crickets... a week of trying to contact horizon health now and its feels like theres noone working there reviewing any of the online queries or voicemails, or if there is someone then if feels like they are either overloaded with work or don't care to respond..
