The positive reviews are fake. I built my own website. These guys convinced me they would improve it. They locked me into a contract. They made a draft site thst was so incredibly bad, even the pictures were misaligned, fuzzy, it looked terrible. They wanted me to basically do everything to fix it but pay them. I did my own website. They just take $150 a month and do nothing. They don't care. They do not fulfill their side of the contract but enforce it. Absolute scam.

DO NOT HIRE ZOEK MARKETING!!!!
They are the worst company I"ve ever tried to do business with.
They blatantly lie straight to your face and they are not even good at it and if you set up an appointment and think they will call you on said appointment well, they won't. It's just to put you off again

These people charged us around 1500$ and they did the worst work imaginable. We gave them everything we wanted on the website and they pretty much scammed us on what they were going to get us.

They're AI. Their sales are AI, their marketing is AI, their outreach is AI. Their good reviews are fake AI.

If you want something AI can do for you with everything you provide to them and pay 1500 for it to be bad and incomplete, they're great!

They have charged me $250 a month for a horrible website with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with any company. Literally I’ve sent dozens of emails and the response is nonchalant and when they do respond they don’t even solve the problem or anything you asked for. My website has been worked on since January and I couldn’t get out of the contract after one month of service and they said you can’t get out of it and have to pay the remaining balance in full, do monthly payments or get sent to collections. They are scammers.

Working with Claudia was great! She was responsive, dedicated, and attentive to detail. We ended up with a great logo and brand kit. The client was pleased. I'd be happy to work with her again.

Took my $399, then sent me to another person, he tried selling me on things I didn't want, hard sell, wouldn't stop until I said please stop selling me. Then took a week to do the work (said he was sick) and then the work was insufficient, did not fix the check-out issue. Got a customer complaint after work of not being able to check out. So I went in and AI figured it out myself, built categories to fix the issue, I asked for my money back and they said hard no.

I paid them to build my website, what their “expert web developer” came up with looked no different than the ai generated versions Wix offers. Then Paul the manager convinced me to pay a year subscription so they can help with SEO. 4 months later my page has had 24 visits. This company is a complete rip off.

Scam company. More than a year later, they charged my card claiming they had done some additional work on my website, even though the website no longer existed and I had not had a contract with them for over a year.

Sold a bill of goods and DID NOT deliver. Costly for a small business and customer service not very helpful. Disappointed in Wix for recommending Zoek and Zoek for not having transparency and empathy for clients and customers. DO NOT SIGN UP

Paid them $1500 to build my basic website on Wix studio platform and add product sales to it. Started ok but work was incomplete or not working as it should. Then communication with Project Manager started taking days with no updates. Escalated to several people, including a customer relations person who I talked to once and then no follow up or improvement. Had to call their customer support line to get any help and after 5 weeks, supposed to be 2, project was completed. Awful comm at all levels, would not recommend them to anyone. And now they keep emailing me solicit marketing work. LOL

truly bad experience. i gave them 4 specific examples of what i wanted and they threw together a garbage wix template in about 30 minutes and it is nothing even close to what i asked for. now the claim they are not going to issue a refund. well we'll see what amex dispute resolution has to say. please people. do not hire Zoek

Incredibly experienced, friendly and helpful. There method of allowing customer to input their revisions is very helpful. In addition, their fees were very reasonable.
