I have a shepherd husky and two years ago we had to put her best friend down Willow, who was an American Eskimo at 14 years due to cancer. She was severely depressed over the past year and it started to get worse to the point that she wasn't eating for like three or four weeks at a time they gave her meds to help with her appetite and she absolutely refused. I work with somebody who is an animal rescue who recommended your pet food? I didn't order it right away. I kind of waited. I mean I ordered all kinds of different ones and I just donating and giving away hundreds of pounds of dog food because she just wouldn't touch anything not even people rude. I tried to cook for her so about a month later I thought well you know what I'm gonna try. It's another expense but let's give it a shot the first time that I opened it she gobbled it down. I think about just fainted in my kitchen because I was like did she just really eat that cause I hadn't seen this doggy anything in months and I thought for sure she wasn't going to make it and the thought of losing another best friend was not an option. She's been on this for probably about six months now she has lost all the weight that she needed to lose. She is healthy. She is playing she's back to like when she was two or three years old and at this stage she's around six we just got a brand new friend for her a husky and we are going to be using the same dog food for him as well. I cannot thank Darwin enough. You basically saved my best friend. Thank you.

Quality products for my canine companion delivered to my home in superior packaging!

Our dogs love Darwin's. We have a picky eater and we know that she will eat Darwin's beef without a fuss. We adopted a 3 1/2 year old dog who had bowel issues. We switched him to Darwin's just because that is what we fed our first dog. After a couple of months we realized that he was no longer having the bowel issue any longer.

Great company. Shipping via UPS still has some hitches. The boxes arrive dented which leads to some thawing of product.

Staff is very professional, the food is outstanding, every time my daughter comes over she tries to steal some for her dog. 😁. Keep up the good work.!

My dogs go to the vet once a year for vaccinations, flea, tick & heartworm meds. They never gain too much weight. I don’t worry about what I’m feeding them and they always eat their Darwin’s natural food. I have no problem feeding them a raw food diet. They are healthy and stay healthy. I simply don’t trust another dog food to feed them. My only concern is emergency food if we have to evacuate due to hurricanes and can’t maintain freezing temperatures for the food.

My cats love the food. People are always commenting on how soft and shiny their fur is.

Puppies LOVE Darwins food and I really love that I can talk to an actual human when I need something. Problem/Inquiry addressed and I could get back to my normal day in short orde.

Darwin’s has been one of the best things I ever did for my corgi. She will be 14 at the end of November and has been on Darwin’s since her sister passed more than four years ago. She moves and behaves like a puppy thanks to Darwin’s. One time the food was lost in shipping somehow and it arrived warm, and the dry ice had melted. Darwin’s replaced the food. They shipped the same order within days and didn't charge me. They've.been a great help keeping my little girl happy and healthy and young thank you so much.

I received an email stating my order was rescheduled, with no reason as to why. It was pushed back by about 2 weeks, and my cats would have ran out of food. Idk if it had anything to do with the SuperZoo trade show and not enough staff to fulfill orders, but disappointed I didn’t receive an email from an actual person letting me know why my order was pushed back. So I then logged in and manually pushed my order through and there were no issues with fulfilling it that week so it clearly wasn’t an OOS issue. Then the lovely article about the lawsuit came out and more evidence of uncleanly conditions in your facilities - so I am officially done with this company. After over 7 years it is a shame.

Appreciate reliable delivery of quality food. However, I am looking forward to your freeze dried product. Please make sure that your freeze dried nuggets are as soft and easy to crumble as for example, Stella and Chewy freeze dried morsels so that I can use the food in my auto feeding device. The low phosphorus freeze dried food from other companies is too hard.

Been a Darwin's customer for over 10 years. Always delivered on time, and the product is secure and of very high quality.

We love Darwin's, and so does our dog! All our dogs have eaten Darwin's meals. They are quality products and our dogs have thrived!
