I ordered wheels and I gave them the wrong size for the hole. I returned them to have the hole enlarged only to find out the wheel could not carry the size. He suggested a different size and gave me 15% off for the new wheels. He didn’t have to do that because it was my error. These are custom done and there is no refund.

He went beyond my expectations with the new replacements. They are perfect. The workmanship and price value were great, but the customer service was above and beyond the call of duty. He deserves 10 stars, but 5 is all the survey went up to.

Hi. I have shipped my outdoor furniture wheels back. I mistakenly thought the size was the radius, not the diameter. Perhaps you could make that more clear on line? I've ordered the right size from you and hope to receive a full refund.

I placed the order, then I was contacted to approve the layout/drawing and Wild Woodworker customized the location of the screw holes in the back of the wood plaque per my instructions. Wood plaque was delivered within a few days to my home – top notch quality. I would definitely order again from Wild Woodworker!

These wagon wheels were perfect for what I needed and I have already ordered another set, The lazar cut spokes were a bit of a challenge but I rounded them up nicely using a rotatory tool to soften the edges and sculpt them up a bit to give them some wear.

Working with Wild Woodworker was great! It is amazing the speed in which my order was made, shipped, and received. And upon opening the package I saw excellent workmanship creating exactly what I needed. If I ever need anything else there is no where else I will look!
