Product quality is not as shown or advertised. Product is considerably low quality and doesn’t resemble the image. Their ratings on the page are also not reflective of the product ratings online, which I unfortunately learned afterwards. The shipping and customer service takes forever. Do not buy from this website.

Literally the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they not ship my order but they straight up LIE about it—saying that they did or simply ignoring my messages.

I fell for all the fake representations. I live in New Mexico but have never been to Las Cruces. I couldn't figure out why it took so long to receive my order and why there were so many emails from them. It's all fake. The items are cheap quality ones probably sold by a third party (whoever Weston-Couture is) and channeled through Temu, Alibris or one of the other Chinese discounters. At the end, I blame Google first and foremost. They accept ads from anybody who pays. This isn't the first time and unfortunately it probably won't be the last.

I will never buy from the company again. The product was expensive and horrible quality. I contacted about return and they could only give me 35% back or a discount on my next purchase. I read their return policy before buying and it doesn’t say this anywhere. Do not buy from them.

Unacceptable service from this boutique. After an excessively long wait, the dress that arrived was entirely different from what I ordered—not even a similar style. I reached out for a full refund and provided photo proof, but I have yet to receive a response or resolution. Save yourself the headache and avoid purchasing from this store.

The worst shopping experience ever. Bad quality, wrong sizing. They don't provide terurn service.

Buyers beware. The company address is an apartment in New Mexico. The photo of their "store" and the "owners" on their website definitely look AI generated. Buy at your own risk.

I ordered 5 items on 7/10/26 for a party on 8/1 and is hasn't arrived by 7/29/26...worst part is that I got a email suggesting that shipping has started on 7/19, but the tracking link shows it stuck before being out for delivery and my emails inquiring about status have gone un-returned. The phone number provided on the web site was "busy/unavailable" the first 3 attempts to call and when I got through it went straight to VM. Not heard back nor I am expecting to.

Fast forward to today...after receiving the product 30 days after order and requesting a return, I was giving two options: 1) keep items and get a 10% credit or 2) order replacement items. Good grief.

Scam. I spent $70 on a two piece outfit marketed specifically as Linen. When it arrives and clearly was not linen, or any quality fabric, it was also off color, I attempted to return the product. Despite offering "hassle free returns" and despite the warehouse address shipping to me from New York, they are telling me I have to pay my own return shipping to this address in CHINA. (The listed company address is in Las Cruces New Mexico)

Bought the dress. Looked absolutely nothing like pictured. Tried to return the same day that I received the dress. It took them 2 days to respond to my email. Then she asked for pictures to prove it had not been worn. After I sent the pictures she told me she could give me half the refund or a credit at the store. The dress was literally unwrapped and then wrapped back up. And I emailed like an hour after receiving. The belt loooked nothing like pictured and the dress was def not what was pictured. Must have been and AI image. Would never buy anything else.

I ordered a linen jacket on 8/4 for a wedding that was in stock and it still has not shipped as of 8/12. This is an absolutely ridiculous. I guess I’m hitting the mall, because it will not get here in time for the wedding. Who even knows where it is coming from….I will never order from them again. I wish I had seen the other reviews before I ordered it.

Do not shop with this company. Poor quality clothing, they lie and do not ship within the US, they claim easy returns which is a lie also. They have had me jumping through hoops to return a swimsuit (even had to take pictures of it for them only to get this response:

SCAM! This is an absolute scam! I ordered a dress from them. That is completely see-through. Their website says that there are returns are easy to make. It makes no explanation about how it really works. All they will offer you is a 25% return for a completely defective product. DO NOT use this company!

Horrible dont buy from this website took almost 2 months to get merchandise and when i got it it was cheap material didnt look like what was in picture and when i tried to return it they would not give me a full refund the only options was a exchange or a partial refund and they are incredibly hard to get in contact with so no i would nit recommend this website

Low quality and still pretty expensive. Not happy with the dress I bought, but there don’t seem to be any great options anywhere. Why is it so hard for companies to make stretchy dresses that don’t look so incredibly cheap?

Communication was top-notch (maybe almost too frequent). The hat I purchased is about what I should have expected for the price: I am satisfied with it, but would like to know how to flatten out the brim.

Don’t ever order from these people they’re liars on their website. They show 3100 reviews on trust pilot with a 4.7 rating terrible company and their frauds.

This is a terrible company that advertises high end clothing and shoes and nothing could be further from the truth. Buyer BEWARE! The clothing is so cheap and horribly made from China. It took over 7 weeks to get the items and now customer service ( email only) is trying to give me a partial refund or credit. Such dishonest business practices and horrible customer service.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. The website lists premium products with high end fabrics, but what you actually get is cheap low grade synthetic, made in china products, and not even labeled with their brand!!! Total bait and switch website. Each shirt had a different label from different stores. False advertising, and fraud.

Terrible experience. The order took weeks to arrive, came from some odd distributor and was sent from China, was by no stretch of the imagination the size or color ordered, and was of very poor quality.

It took 8 email messages before the provider gave me instructions for the return and I had to pay shipping costs.
