Het was even aanschuiven voor het onze beurt was, ook al hadden we een afspraak om een fiets op te halen. Maar eens binnen verliep alles super vlot. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Eerste keer dat we gebruik maken van Swapfiets, dus ervaring met de herstelservice hebben we nog niet. Fiets rijdt heel soepel, aanrader!

Netjes geholpen en uitleg verkregen, goede service!!

I don't really know what to write here. Excellent bike! Very safe! Real cheap!

I payed 100€ for a bike that I can keep with me at home for 31 days. Kinda cheap, if you see that renting a bike by the coast for an hour costs you 20€.

The company is great! I looked for an alternative but there are no companies who do the same.

Excellent bike. Fast. Great brakes. Comes with a few handy features that I can't really remember, like putting my heavy backpack on the frame at the back. Lights go on rear AND front with one click on the button at the steer. My ass never hurt with this bike! Riding 2 000 km in one month!

I use the limited public transport and a normal bike. I never had the chance for an electric bike because I have no employer. I do courses.

I explored whole new areas I had never seen or realised before. I saw the bigger picture of the bus and train connections and of the towns and cities. I have lived here my whole life and never got to see what I now saw!

Too bad in the end I did not get to choose the grey bike, but I did not dare to say anything because I got the heavy bike for the price of the middle heavy.

August bike renting is nice. Winter would not be as nice. Rain a few times. Including the time I had to ride 2 times 50 km to the store for repair of the front light and an electric connection cable I damaged so that the electric system fell out on heavy bumps. Good it was repaired on the spot. Bad was that I did not get a transfer to a grey bike, and I had to ride 100 km in the pooring rain.

Btw: They gave me a full new battery for the ride home.

Nothing but good about this bike, exept for some springs to handle the bumps.

This bike is fast, light, flexible, powerful and safe!

Exept ofcourse when the battery is dead.

Only forgot loading it a few times and only had to walk with a dead battery home a few kilometers a few times.

I put an extra lock on it but only used it a few times. The locks are easy and secure. Good because you have to pay 1 400€ when it gets stolen. I did not took the battery out every time because this too had a key lock.

Real radius: 70 km?!

It is in my living room now. Tomorrow is the day I will have to return the bike to the store.

I first wanted to loan the bike for six months next year but I think I am going to pass on that one even though it is cheaper a months. I got very good use of my money. I saw everything to 5 towns and cities away from my home town. Places 30 km away and still doing a detour. Little bit exhausting too!

Disc brakes. My bikes still have normal breaks. Bell easy and good. Little more silent when it has rained.

An experience. Beaufitul landscapes. Hills totally no problem (like it is with steps). Downhill it adds extra speed. It is not limited to 25km/hour like steps. I have reached speeds up to 40km an hour often on this heavy, steady bike. Record speed: 46 km/h.

So happy in all these years I have now rented this bike and I will be happy and remember this and the places I went for years to come. Some places take 45 minutes while train connections would take hours.

I payed the bike with my monthly fee at the beginning of the month also because I knew that at the end of the month I would be out of money but... I'll still have the bike (to figure out some solutions)!

Almost the whole staff are friendly, nice, warm & here for the customer!
They are not lazy, doing a good job.
The whole situation is veeery a large expansion, the customer service team, the employees in the shop, the plans, everything...

Ik ben heel content van de service en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Wel jammer dat er steeds het vast bedrag doorgerekend wordt, ook als je langer dan een week moet wachten als je fiets niet bereidbaar is.
Zou fijn zijn, mocht er daar een tegemoetkoming tegenover kunnen staan.

De versnellingen werkten niet van dag 1.
Ik had de fiets met de wagen naar wilrijk gedaan om van daar te gebruiken en moet nu meteen terug voor herstelling.
Aflevering wel goed en vriendelijke mensen.

Vlotte service, prima communicatie, goeie fiets

Plein d'enthousiasme à l'idée de découvrir le nouveau vélo de Swapahiet, je souscris à un abonnement mensuel de 89 euros. Pour un nouveau vélo électrique que j'utilise 2 fois par semaine, la surprise à la fin du mois 'il font plusieurs prélèvement sur mon compte mon compte sans mon consentement.
Ils affirment que j'ai employé le vélo pour des livraisons.
C'est la raison pour laquelle je suis censé débourser une telle somme.
Finalement j'ai galéré pour payer tout ça avec leur huissier de justice, qui se cache a chaque fois,ils vous envoie à chaque fois un autre compte bancaire,il on même pas de numéro de téléphone pour les contacté ou adresse email

Vanaf het eerste contact verliep alles ontzettend vlot. De service was snel en efficiënt, iedereen was heel vriendelijk en de communicatie was duidelijk. Wat mij vooral positief verraste: na amper 15 minuten had ik al een Swapfiets!

I used Swapfiets between 2020 and 2026 so far. The bicycles I used were in good conditions and good for riding to work or tours in the city of Brussels. Since they have the safe locks and are registered I did not have to warry about a stolen bike. Whenever I had a small problem with the bike I the service was fast and friendly. If it could not be repaired in 10 Minutes they simply provided an exchange bike.
