I love this service, I get to see everything I want to see and more. If ya have any problems with the service they are quick to assist you and resolve any issues you might have. Just wish there would be a way to record live events when I am unable to be home to watch. Other than that its AWESOME. Thank you to the folks at Streamq.tv. I've been using this service for about 4-5 yrs now.

Communication took over a week after payment made. Apologies accepted and service resumed with no problems at all.

I been using streamq on the firestick since January 2026, at first it ran fine but it kept randomly offloading and was taking up nearly all the storage on our firestick, we upgraded to full fibre WiFi in Feb 2026 and was still experiencing issues like playback error and buffering, it got to a point where I got so annoyed with it I downloaded the app on my phone instead and mirrored it to my smart tv, so I carried on with this up until the last week or so, my son has an older firestick and never had any problems with buffering or playback error, he had the new streamq app so we decided to give the firestick another go and I’m so glad we did, the app layout is so much better, it doesn’t take up as much storage on the firestick compared to before so it’s not randomly offloading like it was doing, we don’t have any buffering issues and although not all of channels play the main channels do as do the international channels, it is much better than before and again not experiencing constant buffering issues when watching live tv, we are really pleased with the new app and hope it carries on this way, thank you streamq :-)

Great customer service, very helpful. System is reliable few issues

I started using streamQ IPTV over a year ago and haven't looked back since. They have a great variety of channels and on demand vod for TV shows and films. I mainly got it to watch my favourite sports from America the NBA and NHL. Since me having my parents are also on it and now one of my friends too. Always great customer service and support and very well priced.

Sometimes it works. Most of the time it doesn’t. Spend more time waiting to talk to customer service then watching. Lots of buffering and freezing. You could probably find a better service

Very good service as a rule. I had a bit of an issue last January when the service went down. A quick message to support and they got me back on. It would have saved time and trouble though if I had received notification with instructions of what I needed to do. Also a reminder about payment renewal date would be good.
