Very disappointing experience — avoid

I purchased two Keter garden benches at £42.99 each, paying for one with Klarna and the other with Google Pay from Nexiov.

Instead of receiving the items I ordered, I received an invoice for an LED makeup container, which I had never ordered from Doncava. I emailed Doncava, and they replied saying this was due to a technical fault and assured me that I would receive the items I had actually ordered.

Unfortunately, this morning I received two plastic roses instead of my garden benches.

I am now having to contact my credit card company and Klarna to try to get my money refunded. Dealing with Klarna has also been very frustrating because they initially did not recognise the purchase, so I had to go through their “return item” process simply to try to request a refund.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I ordered and paid for two garden benches and have received completely unrelated items. I would strongly recommend being very cautious when ordering from Nexiov/

Same as others.
Ordered a keter garden bin storage.
Received an invoice for a truboforce cordless air duster ,got the parcel 2 weeks later and in the parcel was a plastic rose flower
Emailed once email came through with wrong item on it. And said to cancel order, no reply.

Paid with Klana (3 payments) waiting on a reply from them. Hopefully money will be refunded

If I could give zero stars I would , from the start of my dealings with this scam website something seemed off . I thought I was paying for a shed then had an email confirming that I had ordered a flush ceiling light . Then contacted the merchant to ask what I would be receiving and they said it was error on their website
I ordered a shed and got sent shoe laces. Do not trust this website . Thankfully my bank have refunded me as I had evidence of conversations that took place between myself and this merchant .

Absolute SCAM!!! brought a shed recieved 2 shoe laces !!! Will not respond to my emails, I have reported to fraud team with my bank and hopefully will get my money back !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

Spam....we paid for a shed £300 and realised after payment this is a scam...site is no longer running...

SCAM like the other guy said I ordered a garden container and I received a piece of nylon. They send the nylon to create a shipping confirmation with tracking to keep you from becoming suspicious and cancelling the payment. The order confirmation is under Barix another made up company stay clear

This is a scam company, please don't order anything.I ordered an outdoor storage unit and was sent a hair bauble.
