I am extremely disappointed with both this company and its customer service.

I placed an order worth €565.95 on june 27th, but instead of being delivered to my address in Belgium, DHL attempted delivery to the wrong address in the Netherlands.

After the failed delivery, my parcel was taken to a pickup point without a valid address attached to it. I was then informed that it would be redirected to my new address in Belgium, but after waiting for more than a week, nothing happened.

Since 12 July, the tracking has not been updated at all, and nobody seems to know where my parcel is.

The worst part is the customer service. I have explained the situation over and over again, yet I keep receiving generic replies telling me to contact Bpost. This is completely unacceptable because Bpost never received my parcel. They have confirmed they cannot help because the parcel was never handed over to them.

Instead of investigating the problem with DHL or trying to locate my parcel, the seller keeps sending me the same copy-and-paste responses. It feels like nobody has actually read my emails or looked into my case.

After weeks of waiting, I still have no parcel, no solution, and no real support from the seller. I paid €565.95, and all I have received is frustration and repeated requests to contact a company that has never had my parcel.

I cannot recommend this company. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will take further action to recover my money.

Nevera Auto did an incredible job installing a new screen in my CLA250. The upgrade looks completely factory-original—no gaps, no glare, and the resolution is crystal clear. The team was professional, fast, and priced fairly. They even walked me through all the new features before I left. If you’re considering an infotainment upgrade, don’t look anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I had a new head unit fitted to my 2015 Mercedes GLA and from the first phone call to order the unit and set a date for installation to finally getting it installed I was completely happy and the experience was seamless.
When I got home I had some issues trying to get it to connect but a phone call was all that was needed to get be back on track.
I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received and to know that I can call and have any questions answered is very comforting.
The team are completely professional and I highly recommend them.

I’m over the moon with my new screen. It fitted right in, and appears like the car came this way.

The videos on installation were easy to follow, and if you follow every step as you should, there should be no issue.

Users should ensure they follow the troubleshooting regarding the setup of the software to ensure you get the most out of it. I had to adjust the screen resolution and sound as per the instructions and it was perfect. The sound the screen puts out is even better than the original screen.

to Kingsgrove to upgrade the screen to have wireless Android Auto installed. Very quick and seamless. Works beautifully, would highly recommend them.

The new screen looks completely factory — no gaps, no rattles, and all the functions (nav, media, connectivity) work perfectly. The reverse camera integration was done cleanly, with crisp image quality and accurate guidelines on the display. You’d never know it wasn’t original equipment.

Communication throughout the job was great — they explained the process, gave a realistic timeframe, and stuck to it. Pricing was fair for the quality of work delivered, especially compared to dealer quotes.

Highly recommend Nevera Auto to anyone looking for quality aftermarket upgrades on their BMW. Will definitely be back for future work on the car.

The worst experience ever. I ordered an AZRA Audi A5 / S5 | F5/B9 | RS Style 2016-2019 grille and I received an AZRA Audi A5 / S5 | B9.5 | RS Style 2020-2024 grille directly from China that does not fit another model (without chrome) and another badge. After sending many emails I keep talking and nothing is solved. I want to say that we can buy the same grille on Aliexpress at least half the price but I thought it was a serious store that offers quality services. Very disappointed with the experience

I mean I ordered a ford fiesta ecoboost cool air intake it did take an extra week but communication was amazing and they were really helpful I wouldn’t recommend if you needed same day or that week but I’d recommend there quality and there Customer service

3 stars because work good, but the items is from china, there is same items available on AliExpress half price.

Items arrived & didn't fit, although Nevera did what was fair and right by promptly sending out the correct parts. The door down lights that arrived are crisp and bright, far better quality than the ones I'd previously installed from a different company. I'm very impressed both with the product and the service I've recieved from the Nevera Team. Thank you very much to our Australian cousins! 🇬🇧🤝🇦🇺

I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Customer service appalling, they advertise their products as in stock in Sydney and shipping between 1-3 business days only to email 2 days later and apologise for stocking error and ask for permission to fulfil your item order from their “international warehouse”.

When confronted with the misleading marketing tactics I noticed almost a week later that they were still advertising the item as in stock in Sydney.

Company tried to gaslight me and was blunt when dealing with this issue. Terrible business.

Great customer service and quality product selection.

After receiving my steering wheel and paying extra for plug and play heated steering wheel, I had to source my own connector for the random wires sitting within. On top of that after 1 year of use my flakes have just about all faded. Keep in mind I’ve had paddle shifters for the same time and they haven’t faded at all. Not only is it fading but I’ve had to repair the poor build quality multiple times now where the perforated leather lifted itself out due to the little amount of material to securely tuck underneath. In all honesty I’d advise finding a ‘custom’ steering wheel elsewhere.
