I’ve used MIA exclusively with my daughter for almost two years, and nothing else compares. I’ve revisited other curriculums just to be sure, but MIA always comes out on top. Their customer service is incredible, they are always making site/ user experience improvements, and the curriculum is genuinely well‑rounded. And the flexibly is perfect for our family. We were recently awarded grant money, and I’m thrilled to use it to purchase lifetime membership for Miacademy. Thank you MIA team!

Miacademy and MiaPrep have the best customer service. They respond quickly, their representatives are courteous and helpful, and they are quick to resolve questions. My children enjoy the lessons in their assigned subjects and I enjoy how customizable it is.

Decent resource, watch out for silent billing
I can't speak for the Miacademy program much itself because I never used it much beyond my one month trial. But I paid a pretty price for that with their silent billing tactic and I'll be honest - tactics like that make me lose confidence in the company. I signed up for a trial for $1.99 and was charged $142.00 over the next three months without ever receiving a single receipt by email. I know now that it's in the original contract that they allow themselves to do that, but I find that to be fishy business. I will not go back to Miacademy. I prefer education resources (like TTRS or Nessy) that are transparent and send weekly/monthly emails, both about what my child is doing and completing, and about all charges incurred. I did change my original review though because Miacademy did refund the last month that I overpaid and had prompt and kind customer service.

We loved Miacademy
We loved Miacademy! The games and shop / friend interactions were great. The video lessons and workbooks were also great. They also keep the kids motivated by earning certain gamified rewards. I especially loved the functionality of the parent portal!

My son used Mia Prep for high school…
My son used Mia Prep for high school math remediation after struggling for years. He started in pre-algebra and progressed through Algebra, Geometry and now pre-calculus. For the first time, he actually enjoys math.
His SAT score increased from 1010 to 1320 in one year, without any SAT prep, and he still has another year to improve it further. He now plans to major in engineering, which would have seemed impossible a few years ago for a student who consistently struggled with math.
Mia Prep made a huge difference. We’re extremely grateful.

I just love Miacademy in general
I just love Miacademy in general, but the help response was so fast! Thank you! I would love to be able to "re-enlist" my child into a course without "repeating" warnings pop up though as he loves to just retake classes to practice and learn.

Very pleased with Miacademy
Very pleased with Miacademy. Our autistic son has really struggled with school, but after trying many, many programs, both in-person and online, we feel like we have finally found the one that works for him. The lessons are broken up into manageable chunks, and he loves exploring the games and activities after he has finished his schoolwork for the day. Plus the coursework is highly customizable, and customer support for the grownups is outstanding.
