Obviously, a scam Beware.

The email now bounces back

I'm still waiting for this Andrea to call me or answer my call..it's been 8 month, and no response yet..probably a scam

A complete scam. Steer clear. Very convincing, even carry the scam on for a while even after theyve tsken your money.

Limburg Law portrays themselves to be the knight in shining armor for rescuing your already defraud funds from a dodgey Trading Company. They claim to have a legal matter against the Company and that you will have a good chance of getting your funds back as long as you pay a deposit. Their communications are great up until that point but as soon as you hand over the deposit they are never to be heard of again. This Company is just the next level of professional scamming. Don't fall for it as there is no pot of your already scammed money at the end of their rainbow of lies!

Unfortunately for the many people dealing with this company, my experience of Limburg Law is that they are not a real law firm, they are a scamming company – set up to operate ‘second-stage’ scams on already defrauded victims.

To explain - basically how they work (I found to my cost) is that once you have been a victim of online fraud, (whether manipulated by online trading firms dealing in binary options, forex trading, crypto or similar,) firms like Limburg Law advertise themselves fraudulently as ‘law firms’ get sold your contact details, and then contact you to help your recover those scammed funds, or as they put it -‘recover stolen investments’

It’s a way to extract more money from people who have already lost their money to unscrupulous (and unregulated) operators

In my case having been scammed by companies trading as Spotfinex and GlobalSpotFX (who then disappeared off the face of the earth) I was contacted by Oliver from Limburg Law who informed me that they were a specialist law-firm that had much experience in re-claiming funds from unregulated companies such as these. They were able to do this as Limburg Law he claimed were in communication with the overall holding company , a company called Yucom Communications Ltd.

Limburg Law was in effect facilitating this process, (or supposed to be) however the communications with Limburg Law turned out to be unreliable.

This claim agent (Oliver) was helpful in the beginning, and went to great pains to explain the situation, and also informed me that there would be a 25% fee of the re-claimed monies

After reviewing my case he said they could help me so I signed on as a client in April this year. He mentioned that I would need to pay an initial deposit and then the rest would be paid when they delivered the recovered money - of which they were confident they could do given my circumstances.

The communication with Limburg Law was good until the point I handed over the deposit, and then - all went quiet, even though I was told that I would be informed regularly on my claim progress. Emails went unanswered. Calling the office numerous times I eventually got hold of someone called Adelina who explained that Oliver was very busy and he would call me back soon. No call was received.

Then three weeks later received an email that the claim was progressing and that things should be wrapped up in a couple of weeks. That was 10 weeks ago. Trying to contact them again, emails again unresponded to, and now their phone does not ring at all - just goes straight to voicemail. Of course…no call back has been received

The story I got from Limburg Law is that apparently this Yucom Communications company is in the process applying to become a Crypto currency provider, so needed to have legitimacy in order to qualify for a license to do this.

So, Yukom communications are in the process of ‘cleaning up their act’ in the industry due these bogus trading companies (forex, crypto trades etc) they had set up that had de-frauded customers, and the way they were doing this was by compensating those scammed customers.

In return those who would potentially receive compensation (the ‘client’) had to first sign a ‘Settlement Agreement’ with Yukom Communications Ltd that basically waived their right to complain, initiate legal action or claim anything against Yukom Communications Ltd, or any of their subsidiary companies.

That’s a bit of a joke as this Yukom Communications Ltd company has come under investigation by the US Department of Justice, and its CEO imprisoned for 22 years. (you’re not allowed to post links in Truspilot reviews but you can easiliy search Yukom communications and find the story – amongst others) on the justice.gov website.

In any event, there is no communication available from Limburg Law now, they have gone completely silent and are non-contactable.

So given this experience I would strongly suggest that no-one gets involved with Limburg Law as they are not who they say they are.

I was contacted by a claims agent Samantha Woods representing Limburg Law regarding a scam run by Starkmarkets. A number of recovery firms had contacted me regarding recovery of my money from Starkmarkets so I thought I would checkout Limburg Law which turned out ok. I got back in contact with Samantha Woods to go ahead and send the necessary paperwork. Most of it was to prove I did have dealings with S/M, the paper work was sent. A short time later I received a email that everything checked out and had grounds to proceed. Must say Samantha emailed me several times but fail to phone as promised.
Weeks later Oliver called to talk me through the process and what compensation they would be looking for as well as a full refund. He did warn me however the percentage they would be taken was something like 35%.
As time went by everything thing was going smoothly even had several emails from claim agents on updates and even Andreas email half a dozen times. One email he sent he explain they were not not a :No win no fee: company and a payment of €5000 was required which would also reduce the fee percentage.All the paper work arrived I took it to the back to make the payment as I didn’t want to make any mistake’s, payment made.
A couple of days later Oliver called say a error had been made and my money would bounce back. Cutting the story short Andreas email to say he managed to sort the payment out.A mistake was made by the bank they made an error by putting his name on the payment details. After several emails from Andreas saying all was well and the claim was well on its way. When I return from my holiday and no emails from Limburg Law I sent one to them and it was returned but not by the normal way by the ie “Postmaster undelivered” That’s where it stands at the moment.

I was contacted by limburg law in November last year and was directed to Oliver who after reading my notes said I had good grounds for getting my money back I made a down payment and Oliver got to work by April he had a letter from the bank agreeing to pay compensation i was pleased and was told by Oliver needed me to do was sign to say I accepted the compensation and he would get a letter from the tax people in Hong Kong to show to my bank manager so i would not be taxed on the compensation he contacted me in late May to say he was very busy but was in constant contact with the tax people and would get my compensation sorted since then Limburg law has not replied to any Emails except one from Mr Linburg telling me he would get Oliver to contact me but that was 3 weeks ago my wife thought it was a scam at the start and I must say i am coming round to her way of thinking I will be interested in any reply Limburg law make to this review if they get my money to my bank I will update this review Written by my husband Charlie Cameron

It seems to be a scam. Try to call the telephone number and they never pick up the phone. The website is not in the www. form and they call using random numbers unrelated to Swiss. In my opinion it's a scam.

BEWARE. This firm is a SCAM.
All the reviews on here are fake.
These people are trying to scam people who were previously scammed - they are sad sick people. Do not fall for it. Foul you once, shame on them, foul you twice, shame on you.

To anyone reading does the limburg response sound like the kind of response you would expect from a reparable swiss law firm or does it sound like a desperate attempt from a scam organization to save the fake imagine they have created?

To limburglaw.com, you invited me to respond and I gladly accept. You accused me of working for a trading company and allege my email serves as a clear indication I work for a trading company. I consent to you sharing my email here and PROVE how it's a clear indication. If you fail to so then you are hiding and lying.

You claim I was never your client and we never exchanged a penny. Your organization is a scam and had we exchanged money than I would be a victim to your online fraud scam.

I have proof via my phone logs and transcript of the conversation from your claim agent. You contacted me unsolicited. Your claim agent claimed that they found my details on a website called "Scam Watcher" I never left my details with such a website. The details limburg.com had for me were details only a previous trading scammer had for me.

Limburglaw.com is fake website which was created 5 months ago. Real swiss website's end .ch not .com.

Andreas Limburg is a real lawyer who you can lookup up on the Zurich bar. You will see his email address end in limburglaw.ch not .com!
Andreas Limburg is not associated to limburglaw.com they are using his name without consent and attempting to trick innocent folk who do not do their proper due diligence.

I can guarantee all the other reviews on this site are fake and been requested by the scammers. You do not have to prove your interaction for a positive review therefore there is no way to know if they are true.
