Poor communication, took a week before they made a label and got it to the carrier; if your expectation is efficiency don’t order from them

Ordering was easy. I appreciate the updates when shipped and Thank You for the tracking number. You would have received 5-stars if you'd not bombarded my email daily while I'm still awaiting my first ever purchase. Now that I'm a Happy Camper, I'm back on LnL looking for my next bottle(s).

Takes a while to get a shipment to you. It's worth the wait everyday to get some hard to find Tequila.

I placed my order then I was told in a phone call that the size I ordered was out of stock and that they would send me a larger bottles at the same cost. After waiting over two weeks for my package to be delivered. When I opened the box it was larger bottles of the same brand but different wine.

I got exactly what I ordered. It was on time and undamaged. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future.

O had two prefers for three bottles of reyka vodka 750ml. Two arrives and I paid $88 plus &5. The third bottle ordered did not arrive but I was charged $35 for it.

I have been looking for Teeling 24 year old since my mother's passing. I missed purchasing the only bottle I could find and the price has doubled, tripled and even quadrupled, I can't afford that.
LostNLiquor had the700 ml at the original 750 ml price. I'm not going to miss that 50 ml I'll enjoy the 700.

I paid for expedited delivery on 8/1 to ensure the gift I purchased for our anniversary would arrive on time and my order delivered 3 days after my anniversary. The worst part was no response when I emailed and inquired. I can not recommend.

It took three months to complete the order. Lots of opportunities to improve customer service communication

Ordered with expedited, overnight shipping for $100. Six days later, they say the order has shipped, but not true. Eight days later, FedEx finally receives the package from them, and it's delivered nine days after ordering.

Their website also deceptively sneaks in a "shipping protection" item into your cart. You don't add this option, it doesn't appear in your shopping cart, but when you check out, it's silently added to your cart.

I don't recommend giving this operation your business.

The order was very easy to place and the bottle came on time and very well packaged.

The product never arrived? No response to my email either. I will dispute the charge.
