Hi Alison,
Sorry the redemption felt like a lot of forms. There's actually just one step: your name and the email address for the voucher. Four lines, filled in once, to convert your card into a voucher.
After that, you can spend the voucher in-store as many times as you like, no forms, no log-ins. We keep that one small step because it's the safest way to get the voucher to you, but we take your point about wanting it faster.

Card doesn't add to Apple Wallet. Now my 500 Euro is stuck and I can't do anything. Customer services team aren't responding with solution.

The 25cent charge for every time you use the Hollr mastercard is frustrating and expensive. First time I went to use the card it would nto go through as was tyring to use the entire card value. I had to go away and read the very fine print to discover it did not actually have the full card value.
Also I had emailed the customer services department initially when i got the card, got an acknowledgement that they would respond within 2 working days. 2 weeks later still not reply. So no they are not to be trusted. Their word means nothing.

We're sorry to hear the Hollr card didn't work as expected on your first use. The 25c transaction fee is outlined at the redemption stage, All prepaid Mastercards carry fees. Unlike banks, which bury charges in end-of-year statements, we list ours upfront. If you'd prefer a fee-free option, our digital gift card brands carry no charges from activation through to spend.
On the customer service delay, two weeks without a reply is not the standard we hold ourselves to and we apologise. Please contact us at support@optionscard.ie and we'll get this sorted.
