The bracelet is beautiful and well crafted. The birthstone and cross charm just add to its beauty.

My order was delayed shipment for 9 days already and already missed the big day. I have pushed for many times, But their CS is NOT problem solving, not responding. Their normal production is 4-8days, and it can be already the 4th cycle since my order is placed. I can confirm that my order is NOT put into production and their CS is lying on consumers.

I purchased necklaces with nicknames for my daughters because I liked the bubble font. The 2 necklaces that I received do not look ANYTHING like the letters on the representative necklace photos on the website. They are flat across and really un bubble-like and unattractive! I wrote to request a refund and the company is refusing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You will NOT get what you ordered and they won't let you return it for a refund. All they will do is give you "store credit" but you won't want to buy anything afterwards b/c you can't trust that they'll send you what you ordered.
