We had a superb experience with the elementary math tutoring. Ms Victoria is experienced and engaging. My kid feels like he's more confident with the topic he worked on right after the class.

He helped me learn unity by showing me how to use it, and how to use c#. He is helping me make a game that I wouldn’t be able to make otherwise. He showed me what not to do, and then showed me the correct way to do it, which really helped me.

Bree is a great instructor; my daughter really enjoyed her first class with her.

My daughter (age 8) enjoyed the full day, coming home with new understanding about turbines(!!) and more. She was inspired by her mechanical engineer counselor. She also raved about the cafeteria food and break time when they could play games or watch YouTube with fellow campmates.

One of the things I really like about iD Tech is the flexibility to choose class times and learn from great teachers. Whenever possible, I try to schedule my son with the same teacher because I like the consistency. However, if his regular teacher isn’t available, I also appreciate having the opportunity to work with another teacher. It’s a great way for my son to meet another great teacher and discover a different teaching style.
I also really appreciate how organized iD Tech is. The website is easy to use, and the emails are always clear and sent in advance, which makes everything easy to keep track of. I especially enjoy reading the updates about how my son participated in and did during his classes. It’s always fun to see what he worked on and how he approached the lessons.
Most importantly, my son always looks forward to his iD Tech coding classes. He is genuinely excited about coding and always looks forward to his next class. As a parent, seeing him enjoy learning this much is probably what I appreciate most about iD Tech.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience at this camp, especially considering the significant investment required to attend. I went in with very high expectations, particularly regarding the "3D Printing and Take-Home Robot" component. While the students did utilize 3D printers, I expected them to actively design the robots themselves. However, at the final showcase, it was clear that the core designs were essentially identical, with only very minor parts customized by the students. It felt more like assembling a kit than a true engineering and design experience.
The showcase itself was also underwhelming. There was no presentation or explanation of what the students learned, how they built their projects, and no proper closing ceremony to celebrate their hard work.
Most concerning of all was the amount of unstructured screen time. After finishing the assigned daily projects, my child spent one to two hours each day playing video games. When paying a premium for a specialized educational camp, I certainly did not expect daily gaming to be a substantial part of the itinerary.
The one redeeming quality of the camp was the cafeteria, which provided good food. Unfortunately, a good lunch does not make up for the lack of rigorous, hands-on instruction and the excessive downtime. I would not recommend this camp to parents seeking a robust STEM experience for their children.

Our son had a great experience at the BattleBots camp. His instructor Apollo was encouraging and knowledgeable. Our son really enjoyed creating and collaborating with new friends and is looking forward to growing his coding skills further. We have already reserved a spot for next year! Thank you iDTech!

My son enjoyed so much and learned a lot from the camp. Good coaches and fun too. Great learning experience. He will definitely join again next summer.

She enjoyed her first experience here overall. She learned something-made a game. Dorms were nice! She loved the Stanford campus but wanted more freedom to check it out.

The experience was quite good, but I am not happy with the fact that he was given screentime during thye camp.
There is not much point in putting a kid in a camp if he is going to watch youtube.
In that case, he might as well stay home.

It is incredibly exciting to encourage my children to embrace STEM, technology, and innovation, and their experience at iD Tech was truly exceptional. The instructors created a welcoming, engaging environment where they could build new skills, explore their creativity, and grow in confidence.
As a single mother, I am especially grateful for the scholarships provided through the generosity of Nutanix. This opportunity made an invaluable experience accessible to my children.

We deeply appreciate you and the entire iD Tech and Nutanix teams! Hopefully, someday my kids will be able to do the Teens NVIDIA and Battlebots camp next summer.

Kids like this program

ID tech has been a great experience for my daughter. She is really hands on and the fact that she was able to use equipment and interact at the same time was a bonus. She learned a lot showed and showed us what she learned during her camp with passion. This program is really good and open the kids mind about how technology is used in our daily lives. Thank you ID tech for this scholarship, my daughter is eager to learn more. Her critical thinking has expend so much since, we are so grateful.

My son had such a great time, I really wish we'd learned about this program sooner. That's literally my only complaint.lol He had so much fun!

I enjoyed. It was fine but we did mostly Roblox playing, less learning but I do appreciate all that we did learn.

My son really enjoyed these sessions and looked forward to the next lesson. It was a nice addition to the summer activities! I would make one suggestion to allow addition of the students email for messages and troubleshooting when things go wrong. It was hard to coordinate hiccups when I was at work. Thanks!
