WORST EXPERIENCE
WORST EXPERIENCE. They'll waste your time and won't get back to you. They'll say, "I'll send you more photos of the watch, I'll send those over soon. Later today" And nothing and then the watch you really wanted they sell from under you. The person I dealt with was VICTORIA. I talked to her over the phone while I was in Paris and then came back to find: NO COMMUNICATION. NO CALL BACK. NO TEXT OF PHOTOS. Completely worthless to say the least. Pathetic customer service. Just an hourly not doing her job and dropping the ball. A worthless waste of time and truly a terrible experience. This is the type of customer service you want to show your customers? You people are worthless. I'm excited to hear the response and see what form letter response you send back. Those responses by the way are ridiculous. You can see the same response written 10 ways. People, they don' give a s$$$ about you. They write back responses that are contrived and push you away from dealing with the situation. Terrible! No wonder why they gave such bad reviews. They can't handle it. Low class and a 100% thumbs down.

Great company I purchase a Louie Vuitton 60 duffle bag and it was brand new. Even though the pictures showed a small stain inside when I got it the stain was hardly visible. So don’t be scared of the pictures the camera makes things look bigger than they really are in my opinion. I’m so happy with our bag came with a certificate of authenticy and a dust bag. I will continue to buy more stuff from them for my wife’s bday and anniversary. I saved $2,200 not buying from Louie Vuitton directly. And I just came back from France and the prices there sky high like in USA Louie Vuitton.
