customer service is truly top notch. They were very prompt returning emails and answering my questions. The pancake holster is by far the most comfortable EDC holster I've ever put on. shipping was on time and you cant beat their prices. this could be a six star review if somebody would tell me how to get the "250 years of freedom" holster that's on the home page of their website.

The ankle holster did not fir any of my guns and it verily fit my ankle

Shipping is slower than expected. Product pictures do not clearly show the rear pocket on either sling bag.

I ordered (# 178295) this a "while" ago and the order Never appeared. Matter of fact, I never received a date when it would arrive. I received other orders from you, but not that one. Then I sent in a 'where is it' and then received a notice that it is with the carrier. Ok when? It is just with the carrier. But 'which carrier', nothing. Just nothing, no notice of when or what. This is not what I expected.

Great Holster - meets all advertised statements - Truly is so comfortable that you could forget it's there. And I carry the Hellcat Pro, not the smaller version.
Did have a pricing issue and they responded and made it right. They could do better at applying the advertised discounts. However, I have purchased several other brands and types and have returned several because of fit, function and feel. Recommended.

I was told an exchange would be made to replace my 5 in 1 that is the wrong size.
Haven't heard anything since I replied.

My order arrived pretty quick and it's good quality, but it did not work for me. I contacted them and I was able to pick another item of equal value and free shipping. They also let me keep the original item. I could have got a refund also if I had wanted. Very satisfied with their customer service.

I've bought a few items from them, holsters, belly bands, etc. Was a little disappointed with the Dragon sling bag, but only because the description said it had a 3 inch memory foam strap, which mine didn't. With a full rig, the unpacked strap tends to dig in a little. I asked them to upgrade the strap to match the description, and, although they didn't, they're sending me the Rambo hip bag as compensation, so kudos to them. I ordered a memory foam backpack strap cushion from Amazon and that should solve the problem. It's really a good company, and they did do the right thing, although they shouldn't specify that the bag has something that it doesn't.

I was not happy with my purchase as I am left handed and the item even stated it was ambidextrous, it was not convenient or comfortable left handed. I wrote to support and shared my displeasure and they are replacing it. There are many things they could have done, but they chose to be customer service friendly. GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINRSS WITH.

Had nothing but problems with this company. Took my money and gave me a generic tracking number that now reads unable to deliver due to wrong address on package. No actual response and will not recommend purchasing from this company as they are scamming people out of their money.
