They exceeded my expectations!
When a man called Kelvin contacted me and started chasing me for over 6 months to book my travels with them, I was a bit unsure, due to the kinds of offers and discounts he was offering through the company! It took me time to decide which of my trips to entrust them with! In the end, due to his patience and commitment to supporting my back injury (factors like airlines that tend to support sick or injured passengers, to recommending good seats with enough leg rooms, and sufficient advise on possible flight upgrades were the factors we jointly considered before booking).
He did really well and I am satisfied with this company for getting me a multi sector ticket : LHR - MTL - ORD (outbound) And ORD - LHR (inbound)

Mr James handled our ticketing so professionally and with compassion. He marketed me and followed up to make sure my wife and I got a good deal. When the earlier deal did not go through from the airline's side, the company quickly refunded all my money. Eventually, James helped to secure another deal that went through.
