Got offered a great deal with an Alpha battery which was perfectly sized for my consumption. The whole process from quoting to installation has been flawless. I used Green for my solar panel installation (through Solarquotes) so just went straight back to them for the battery. I keep finding myself on the battery App throughout the day watching the solar come in and feed my house load whilst charging the battery then feeding into the grid. I've yet to run the battery down since installation 11 days ago so am pretty much self sufficient without spending a fortune. Can't wait to see my next electricity bill!

This is the case with our solar battery installed by Green. I do think the battery they recommended, and subsequently installed, is suitable to our home and panel situation. Just wished communication had been better. Got a phone call after 5 weeks of silence, after signing up, to ask if the next day would be okay for installation!!!
Was a really lucky coincidence that it did suit us, and the installation went ahead, surprisingly smoothly.
Installing team were awesome, they gave me an intro on how to use the app, and I'm pretty happy with the performance so far, especially considering it is the middle of winter. Will have to check our next bill to confirm, but confident our reliance on the grid is now minimal...

Good sales effort and response to pre installation issues. Timeframe for installation and inspection/connection was good.
Since inspection by Bridge, Green have yet to supply forms requested in my email to James Law of 8 July and respond to a recommendation by Bridge to contact me regarding (in his opinion) inadequate circuitry. I look forward to Green's follow up.

The communications with the company were excellent and easy. I was kept up to date about when the installation was going to happen and the few issues that inevitably arose along the way in our old house. My only suggestion for improvement would be to explain the App for monitoring and controlling the battery more thoroughly.

Was surprised with how well everything proceeded. Responses via email and mobile were quick and accurate. I had done my research and there was no attempt to upsell, confuse or create urgency. Price was spot-on, neither inflated nor suspiciously low. The installation is perfect. It was obvious they (sparkie contractors) knew exactly what they were doing, did not waste time, created an attractive and unobtrusive energy plant and removed all waste & packaging. Alpha app is excellent and easy to use. My 10+year old panels are able to recharge 14kW battery by lunchtime (if the sun is shining!) Things should only get better as we move away from winter solstice. Now to start thinking about removing gas connection.

The company is polite before getting your business. Once your things are installed there is no customer service. Your emails and help calls will be ignored and you sill be blamed for not responding. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

We used Green a few years back for our 13kw solar installation. Now after getting our first electric car, it was time to look into a battery and home ev charger. It was no question in turning to Green again for this job. Communication is always excellent and installation was taken care of in half a day! Highly recommend.

Awesome I was very happy with Green I watch the YouTube videos of what they offered and it was perfect everything they said they came through with. ATM I am running 96% on renewable energy. Only had the Solar and battery for 1 week now but looking forward to my next power bill and see how much I’ve saved 🙏
