Sophie that works in the Cordova styling salon is the ONLY person that I trust to cut my hair. She knows exactly how to cut it, what style that I like, is friendly and always so polite, and listens to how I like my hair to be cut and styled. Very good place to get a haircut.

I check in online, live 10 minutes away here in Melissa. I LOVE that availability. Generally my cuts are good conversation, and a great hair cut. However, I want to be able to pick my stylist for the day.
I just had my hair cut 9/4/26. Hair cut was OK, but I NEVER want a male stylist again. It was very uncomfortable:
Stylist had bad BO!
I didn’t like the back of my head being pressed against his bell!
VERRY UNCOMFORTABLE having my shoulder touch his junk as he stood beside me!
Having a man run his fingers through my hair was VERRY UNCOMFORTABLE!
I usually come here every 3 weeks; PLEASE make it available to pick my stylist.

My dad made an appointment for me to get my haircut at the Great Clips in Midvale Utah across from WinCo foods. He had a coupon which saved him on the price, The stylist who cut my hair I didn't catch her name didn't ask me any questions of how I like my hair cut. She used the clippers with a half inch razor guard and kept trimming my hair and now it's kind of like a buzz cut that's really thin I'm not bald but it makes me look bald I do not like that look or hairstyle. She looked at the notes you know the clip notes that have on record my previous haircuts and they've always been with scissors never with the clippers. Yes some stylist use the clippers or the trimmer to trim off excess hair if my hair is like really thick and long that's fine in the past stylist have used the clippers to trim my hair then they switch over to the scissors and cut the rest of my hair and they asked me how long or how short I want it from what I recall it's always been half inch of hair so I can style it or comb it now I can't do that it's going to take a few months for my hair to grow out to where I can comb it. My dad did file a complaint he called the number and I also filed complaint with an email. We've been going to Great Clips for years and have never had this kind of terrible service. After this experience I may never go back to Great Clips I might but I'll have to be a different location than the one I went to the staff there was gossiping while they were cutting customers hairs so somewhere along the line they goofed up or the system that keeps her record of customers hairstyles preferences like mine got fouled up or the stylist didn't know what she was doing so I'm not happy about it. Yes, I know hair will grow back it's just that I've never had it this short before my life I prefer the classic hairstyle and haircut that's simple where my hair is not too long or too Short like in between and she this stylist didn't ask at all.

I had a trim from Kristi at Great Clips in Crawfordsville Indiana. She was super! I explained to her that I had had a concussion a few days ago and she was so careful with me. I have zero complaints about her. As long as I’m in Crawfordsville, she’s earned my business!!!! Thank you Kristi!

Always a great experience for my sons haircut! Been taking him her for 3 years , always a satisfied customer .

I was very nervous kept telling the gentlemen/hair dresser what I was looking for then not only was it the wrong cut it was shredded with crappy scissors uneven and lied about price and services. Told to come back but instead turned down told sorry good luck and he does not just hand out money to people. Manager disregarded guarantee that they give and stated they use some payment system that had nothing to do with me so quite alarming and I was charged $55 for a view at my $25 hair cut. Deceptive business

On-line check-in for the Clareview location in Edmonton is a joke.
We reserved two spots on line. When we arrived - right on time - we were the top two names, but the person who was number 3 on the list was given first place.
Then, while one of us was served another client walked in with on indication on the wait board that she had a reservation, but was taken next anyway. Now the wait time for our second person was indicated at 25 minutes
Needless to say, we were not prepared to wait longer: who knows how many others would have been given preference.
The stylist did say that the on-line check-in is not synchronized with what they use to determine who's next.
By the way, the first person's haircut was okay.

She only wet the bottom of hair and trimmed. If s uneven and choppy. A five year old could have have done better. She had a nasty attitude.

My hair cut is awesome Samantha did such a great job! I will not be going anywhere else ever again.

I asked for a messy fringe and they completely butchered it

I got my haircut in Beachwood Ohio I've been a regular client for months now and went to get a haicut yesterday guy said he knows how to cut i said I have a pixie no problem...cut bald spits in my hair didn't want me to look in the mirror. Very upset 😡

I have been getting my haircut at great clips in austintown oh for over 5 years. Today I was told they can not blow dry my hair with a brush (didnt expect a blow dry and curl...just dry hair)unless they charged me an extra 25.00....I came home and dried my hair and my sides are uneven by about a half inch. I won't go back

August 6, 2026: I registered online at about 4:10-4:15 to get my 1 yr old grandson a haircut. The wait was about 50-53 minutes. I arrived at 4:50 and seen his name on the screen. Someone asked me what I needed and I told them I registered online. She said ok. I sat down and just a little bit later I looked at the screen and his name was gone. People kept being called up but not us. It was almost 5:20 and I finally asked was my grandsons name still there and they said they didn’t see it! Do better!! This should not have happened especially when there is a one year old involved! I won’t be back.

NorthPoint, Alpharetta, GA great clip shop has very good employees who can easily understand the customers (specially kids and adults too) requirements and do their job perfectly, special thanks to Faraha stylist she made my kids very happy by fulfilling their needs and style hair cut, I would like to thanks this great clip employees.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. Olivia was the stylist. She kept poking my ears with sharp scissors then actually stabbed the back of my neck forcing her to stop and wipe the blood. This person will need training and scissors that are not sharp on the end. Almost every cut she had to back off because it felt like she was sticking me in the ear and every time she put the scissors close to me I was afraid she was going to cut me which she ended up doing. She acted like she was just walking around randomly cutting and not paying attention. I asked to have my side burns cut to the middle of my ear and she took them all the way to the top. Took too much off the back and left the cut uneven all around. I will not be going back here. Very unsatisfied.

Worst experience at Sage Hill.
I’ve been a regular customer until Anna gave me the worst haircut I could have done to myself in a dark room. Also, when I was waiting for my turn, she bullied a couple customers before me to give her a five star review before she charges them, basically nobody leaves until she’s happy with your review.
