Come indicato nelle nostre condizioni, il reso è previsto esclusivamente in caso di errore da parte di Botworks Automation oppure qualora il materiale venga consegnato errato o danneggiato.
Desideriamo inoltre chiarire che il suo ordine è stato effettuato utilizzando una partita IVA, configurandosi quindi come un acquisto tra professionisti (B2B). Per questa tipologia di acquisti non trova applicazione il diritto di recesso previsto dalla normativa a tutela dei consumatori, che riguarda esclusivamente gli acquisti effettuati da privati (B2C). Nei rapporti B2B, infatti, le condizioni relative a resi e rimborsi sono disciplinate dalle condizioni di vendita accettate al momento dell'acquisto.

I can send emails as proof, in which I repeatedly asked when the ordered goods would arrive, as well as emails canceling the order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER AND I ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING.

We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We completely understand how disappointing unexpected delivery delays can be and we sincerely regret the frustration this has caused.
After carefully reviewing your order, we could not find any official request for cancellation or refund. We kept you informed whenever our supplier updated the lead time, as unfortunately delivery estimates can sometimes change after an order is placed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Whenever this happens, we always offer our customers the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund before shipment if the revised lead time is no longer acceptable. In your case, however, we never received a cancellation or refund request. Our last update was sent on April 20, 2026, and we did not receive any further reply.
Customer satisfaction and transparency are extremely important to us and we are genuinely sorry that there appears to have been a misunderstanding. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
