I completed the Sylvotherapy Practitioner Certification and I really learned a lot about the science behind why just being in a forest is so healing. I enjoyed learning more about the trees and their properties and which ones had the benefits that suit different people. I have used aromatherapy so tying this together after a forest bath was perfect. It was perfect for my work schedule for me to complete. I really couldn't get enough of the learning. The only thing I would say that sources to the material to confirm the content more accessible. I love that we could download the material to refer to after the course was complete. I have my own little manual to use in the future. I plan to jump in this summer and do some walks with friends to get a flow going on how to present my walks. I plan to do a small business in retirement on this as I love the outdoors and have always spent all my time outdoors knowing that it was very healing for me. I now have more tools to back up what I already knew growing up as a young child in the country. Thank you for making this course accessible for those of us who have wonky schedules. I will continue to learn and grow with nature as one.
