I was looking for a dress for my son's wedding and came across a dress in the Outlet. As it wasn't returnable and I was unsure of my dress size, I emailed AC thinking it was unlikely I would get a response. The next day I received the loveliest response which was very helpful. I purchased the dress. I'm not sure I ended up with the correct size, possibly too small but hoping I can adjust. Quality, design of dress is beautiful.

Human Errors Happen
The quality of Anthea Crawford Clothing and Shipping is always been 5 star. I received my dress and to my surprise, a black security tag was on the back of my dress. I work in retail and I know it can happen, many a time I have taken security tags off in store for our customers. I will take the dress to my work or the closest David Jones Store to get the security tag removed, I have a Wedding in a couple of weeks, lucky I will have time to solve the problem. I will still be a loyal customer and buy Anthea Crawford, whether On Line or In Store

I ordered the dress online and it was delivered a week later. It’s a lovely dress, fits well and is really good quality. It is pricey but I got it at a good price in the sale.

Not happy with the service
I think they changed the sizes and some designs.
They don't fit as they did before.
The top and shoulders are larger than before.
And when the dress does not fit you and you return it, they only give you credit voucher.
So, you have to go back and buy from them.
I have returned 3 of 5 items I bought online from them, they only gave me credit.
Not to mention that I paid $16.50 for the return postage.
If the sizes and designs don't fit anymore, why I have to buy from them again.
I think it is not fair that I have to purchase something that doesn't fit me.
Then pay extra to fit it by a Taylor.
Unfortunately for me, I have to spend that credit voucher somehow.

For sale items, refunds are not available and returns are eligible for exchange or online credit, while full-price items can be returned for a refund in accordance with our returns policy. Our online credit also does not expire, so it can be used whenever you find something that is right for you.
