I trust Amaze completely with not only my health care but also with my extended family. There is no better system or team to turn to for your health needs. Simply stated, Amaze bridges the complexities of the US health industry with compassion, efficiency and immense competency.

With a change of insurance as I went with a new employer, I do not want to go to the doctor until my new insurance starts September1. Of course just a few weeks before I got sick. They were so helpful and caring. They took the time to listen to me, answer questions, we had a virtual visit and within two days I was doing so much better. This is such an incredible gift that my company provides and I would suggest more companies consider doing this - it literally is Amazing. Thank You Amaze.

My therapist Jacqueline was amazing yesterday! She helped me realize that my disabilities don't need to be explained to anyone. I can just say Diabetic complications, and leave it at that, unless I feel the need to help someone with information about diabetes.
She also helped me see that it's okay to limit contact with people who are affecting me in negative ways, and that it's okay to say I will participate in specific activities with people who are negative, but only those activities, and no others.
She helped me figure out how to tell my husband that I will only participate in specific activities with his brother.
Jacqueline was very understanding about things going on in my day to day life, and offered great advice on the things that have been troubling me.
I would recommend Amaze and all of the wonderful people that work for Amaze to anyone! Thank you Jacqueline for your support and help through the daily tasks.

Kimmie was amazing she found me the best person to help me see again

I feel like I have hit the jackpot with a maze. The doctors give me more than 15 minutes of their time. They really listen to me and take my wishes into consideration. They help me to understand how and what steps I need to do to take care of my health. They don't just immediately want to push a prescription on me they want to really try to do what's best for my health. I was honestly beginning to think there were no more doctors out there like this. I now have hope that I can find out what is wrong with me and correct it.

Elle is hands down the most attentive provider I've ever worked with. She actually listens and remembers things from previous appointments which sounds basic but is shockingly rare in healthcare. Grateful to have found Amaze.

There are not enough positive adjectives to describe Elle and the team!
I recently had a test done, where the scores were significantly out of range in a negative way, to the point where I was freaking out. Having the ability to reach out to the team through the app was invaluable as the response was quick and decisive. It really put my mind at ease and was able to move forward in a positive way. Elle, is the best medical professional that I’ve ever had interaction with! She never rushes me. She’s extremely professional while at the same time being so real, funny, understanding. It is a very rare combination when you have somebody in the medical field that is not just trying to rush you through the appointment! She truly listens to what you have to say. It makes it more of a partnership than anything else! I am so grateful and blessed to have her be part of my life and my health wellness!
