Stole gift card information
Stole gift card information. I was curious to see what I could sell a gift card for, never received any other notifications or payments, and now the gift card is no longer active. The merchant advised me it was already used, in another city than where we live, back in April.
They flagged my card for fraud risk
They flagged my card for fraud risk, when I was a genuine customer and offered to provide all the KYC details. Worst horrible platform
I was skeptical at first…..
I used CardCash for the first time a couple of days ago. I was skeptical to use any of the online companies to sell my gift card. I read quite a few bad reviews of CardCash but also quite a few positive ones too. I had an awesome experience with CardCash and this is the only company I would use in the future. They gave me a very fair deal, and I opted for direct deposit to get my money back. They said to expect the funds to arrive in one to three business days. I received my deposit the next day. I didn’t run in to any problems and I was extremely happy with my experience.

I sold them an $80 gifts card and they paid me with a $60 virtual debit card that I can not use anywhere. I called customer service multiple times and the line was busy, finally the line was not busy and I got their automated system telling me that they were close and that they open from X time in the morning to 5pm. It was 4:21pm when their automated system told me this. I called the customer service number on the card and was unable to talk to a live person. Intei d using the card online, in person with tap-to-pay and I also tried using it with my wallets online. It didn't work with cash-app, google pay or apple pay. Nothing and no one accepts such virtual card. I've emailed customer service and so far I haven't heard from them. Tomorrow I will be reporting this to multiple federal government agencies like, but not limited to, the FTC, Department of consumer affairs, the office of inspector general, the FBI, etc...

They’ll steal your money
After entering my gift card information and checking the balance which was 110 to begin with and I checked it one more time a few hours later it was $79 and the credit card that I entered to prove that I was a real person was also starting to get charges from random crap I didn’t authorize so they stole both and I want my money back.
report a gift card scam
I purchased a $100 Blaze Pizza e-gift card from CardCash on 9/2/2025. I spent $12.31 on this card (11/12/2025, 03/15/2026, 05/11/2026, 06/21/2026) each time. So the total spent is $49.24, and the card should have a balance of $50.76. But when I tried to order again recently, the balance was $0. I called the Blaze Pizza customer service number immediately. The CS agent said someone used $50.76 in one transaction on 06/30/2026, and there were two strange balance inquiries on 07/12/2026 and 07/28/2026. I filed a case with their fraud department and am still waiting for further notification. I never shared the card info with anyone else, and no one can access my cell phone or computer, so I am pretty sure this is a gift card scam. The CardCash CS agent explained that there is a 45-day buyer protection guarantee, and any scam after that they cannot track. But this rule is unreasonable. For a large amount of fast-food chain gift cards, who can spend that amount in 45 days? And for this obvious scam, does CardCash conduct any investigation into the possibility that an internal employee is leaking the card passcode? And even if the scam is from the gift card seller, does it mean sellers can test their gift card codes after 45 days, and if there is a balance left, the seller can use it up and not worry about anything? That brings uncertainty to the buyers, especially the e-gift card buyers. I am very frustrated about this shopping experience. I have not encountered such a situation in other gift card trading companies.
If you wanna sell a gift card
If you wanna sell a gift card, don't think otherwise and just sell it in this website!
I almost sold 800$ worth gift cards and the payment just takes 2-3hrs if you want a prepaid mastercard and 1-4 days if want an ACH payment!
Absolutely fast compare to others!

Zero Seller Protection
I sold gift cards to CardCash for years — hundreds of cards, tens of thousands of dollars. I'm done, and other sellers should read this before sending inventory.
Twice I've received emails claiming to be CardCash, demanding payment for a card a buyer supposedly reported as empty. Neither round ever identified the card number, the amount, the resale date, or the claim date — despite my repeated written requests. The first time, I provided the card details and transaction date from my records. No response. No confirmation the claim was closed. Just silence, then months later a new demand.
This round escalated to a $415 PayPal invoice marked "due today" from an account named CardCash Exchange Inc. — sent before anyone had told me the amount, identified the card, or answered a single question. The order number referenced is real and appears in my CardCash account, but my account shows no issue or claim on it whatsoever.
So it's one of two things: either CardCash's loss-prevention process demands payment from long-time sellers via PayPal invoices without ever documenting the claim, or someone with access to CardCash order data is impersonating them to shake down their sellers — and CardCash's sellers have no way to tell the difference. Neither is acceptable.
Sellers: screenshot the balance of every card the day you sell, keep every email, and never pay an invoice that arrives before documentation does. I've moved my volume elsewhere.
They make you give them your full card…
They make you give them your full card details, credit card details ( no debit so they can charge you any amount they want whenever they want ), address, name etc. All so sell a gift card to them. But, after they take your gift card info, they "reject" your order and claim their security flagged the order for name/address/card issue ( which there is not ). So they basically steal gift card codes from people for free.
Very legit
Legit service. Had a verizon gift card i couldnt use on items i wanted. So i searched ways to sell it. Ai recommended the site. I was skeptical. But i sent the card code. And within the time of reading the review of the site. I received the payment for the verizon card.
Very legit. Very fast. Very clean. Took 5 mins. Highly recommend
Dear Request to Resolve Fraud Flag on My AccountCardCash Support Team,
Dear CardCash Support Team,
I am writing once again because I am extremely disappointed with the lack of assistance I have received regarding my account.
My first purchase with CardCash was completed successfully without any issues. However, after I attempted to make larger purchases, your system started flagging all of my transactions as fraudulent. Since then, none of my purchases have been approved.
I have contacted your support team multiple times in an effort to resolve this issue, but unfortunately I have not received any meaningful assistance. The only response I continue to receive is to keep trying, which does not solve the problem and has become very frustrating.
I have tried using several different payment cards, all of which are valid and belong to me, yet every transaction continues to be declined. If there is any identity verification process or documentation that you require to confirm that I am a legitimate customer, I am more than willing to provide it.
I am an honest, law-abiding person and have never attempted any fraudulent activity. That is why it is extremely disappointing to be treated this way without being offered a clear explanation or a solution.
As a customer, I expected better support and a genuine effort to resolve this matter. I respectfully ask that you manually review my account and let me know what steps I need to take to remove this restriction so I can continue purchasing through CardCash.
I sincerely hope you will review my case and provide a permanent solution.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
So far this is a 5 star experience as…
So far this is a 5 star experience as of now. I say as of now because I am waiting for payment. But I submitted 3 target giftcards to sell, and within 10 minutes my cards were accepted and now the processing is beginning. They say 1-2 business days for the money to appear ACH. So the 5 star may change if I am waiting longer than 2 days. Lets keep our fingers crossed
I do focus groups for a living
I do focus groups for a living. And I do quite well with it. And I have tested a lot of apps for exchanging online cards for cash. And I think that card cash is by far one of the best sites. To have the option to check different cards rates before you make the selection is really helpful. Now that I have shown that I am a loyal and trustworthy customer, my turnaround rate from sell to cash is less than an hour. And their customer service is incredible
Terrible Customer Service
On July 9, I ordered several Grubhub gift cards, only to discover that one had already been redeemed. I contacted customer service and followed up three times over the next two weeks, but received no response.
At this point, it feels like leaving a negative review or filing a credit card dispute is the only way to get their attention. It is extremely disappointing that customers have to escalate an issue before the company is willing to address it. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service.
Fraud website do not trust
Fraud website do not trust! Purchased 100$ gift card as gift, when family member attempted to use it approximately 1-2 months later, it was 0$. They refused to make it right, stay away!
Can't make the payment when placing a regular order
made a legitimate purchase but it got marked as a fraudulent transaction. made smalplace small orders on CardCash with lomake small purchases on CardCash, anall the orders with low discounts went through just fine, but any order with a high discount wouldn't go through. What a crappy platform!
Not paid
My e card says paid but I got no email for it. I sent an email to support they gave an update and no one is responding anymore after I responded. Don't know if they'll actually help. I'm still waiting for my card.
Have not received my Visa card payout
I sold a card and it was accepted. The payout was approved and I received a non working link to my payout card. I have emailed them, gone on live chat and the most I have gotten is a promised to escalate. I can see the payout balance but the actual Visa card information is not showing up. I used them before and had no issues. They leave a lot to be desired.
