1 star, and honestly, that’s generous.

I ordered an expensive product that was NEVER delivered. Despite the fact that I never received my order, they still refused to refund the shipping fees. Absolutely unacceptable.

The customer support was unprofessional and completely unhelpful. Delivery times are ridiculously long, and for the prices they charge, you can easily find better products for less money elsewhere.

The website is also far from user-friendly. And once you create an account, be prepared for a flood of useless promotional emails. You’ll probably want to unsubscribe immediately.

Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. Expensive products, slow delivery, poor customer service, and no willingness to take responsibility when something goes wrong.

I strongly do NOT recommend this company. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Horrible service ever since they start using GLS carrier, but they also Gaslight you. They give you a tracking number but don't hand the package to the carrier which is in Czechia. The company is in Spain but they ship from Czechia. Weird. It's been a month back and forth with them lying that they are investigating the situation, when they already gave me two different tracking numbers that my local GLS Office can't track. I can see they're not being honest. I just want my money back, asked countless times, it's way past the 5 day window they assure they deliver, so I have the right to get my money back.Just refund people when you do a shitty job, how hard is that. Avoid complaints to the ECC.

Pésima atención al cliente después de la compra, claramente les interesa facturar y, a partir de ahí, se desentienden.

El envío tardó en llegar dos días más de lo esperado, pero lademás la empresa de reparto indicó que no pudo entregar el paquete por no haber nadie en casa. Completamente imposible, ya que siempre hubo dos personas (no una, sino dos) el día que que dicen haber pasado. No pasaron, claramente, y se llevaron el paquete a un punto de recogida que no abría los fines de semana (dos días más de espera que hay que añadir) y a tres paradas de metro de la dirección de entrega (pagas el envío, pero luego también el transporte y el tiempo para recoger el pedido).

Contactado su servicio de atención al cliente, Canapuff demuestra un profundo desinterés por lo ocurrido, cuando obviamente es el interlocutor de esta compra, ya que yo no he contratado la entrega con la empresa A o B, sino ellos.
Solicito la devolución de los gastos de envío y a cambio recibo un vale de descuento de 20% :)))))
Un chiste! No asumen las responsabilidades y se "disculpan" con un "regalo" que supone que vuelvan a facturar y que el cliente vuelva a arriesgarse a recibir un miserable (mejor dicho, inexistente) envío a domicilio.

They took my money but I got no product. They blamed the delivery company that they employed. I had no replacement and no refund. To this day they have my money for nothing. They are claiming against the delivery company but I am left out of pocket. Appalling.

AWFUL, a complete scam. It took over a month for the package to arrive, and the only contact was with an AI that kept repeating the same thing on a loop without resolving anything. The same goes for the agent who finally responded after a long time. They wouldn't even let you cancel because, of course, "it's about to be shipped," but another week goes by without them sending it. Then the product finally arrives, and it doesn't make up for the lack of professionalism from this brand. All the flowers seem the same, have the same strange smell, give you headaches, and have zero positive effects. I will never buy from them again under any circumstances. It's a complete waste of money

Producto aceptable, pero servicio y envíos desastrosos.

El producto en sí no es malo: tiene una calidad correcta y un precio algo inferior al de parte de su competencia. Sin embargo, todo lo demás es una auténtica decepción.

El servicio de atención al cliente es prácticamente inexistente. Cuando contactas con ellos por cualquier problema, siempre responden con el típico mensaje de que “un responsable se pondrá en contacto contigo”, pero ese contacto nunca llega.

Además, el envío es pésimo. Utilizan el método más barato y lento posible y no ofrecen ninguna alternativa para elegir un envío mejor, algo que hoy en día resulta bastante ridículo.

Lo más frustrante es que soy un cliente con nivel VIP alto para ellos, y ni siquiera así hay una mínima mejora en la atención o en el servicio. Si ni a sus clientes frecuentes los tratan mejor, no quiero imaginar cómo será para el resto.

En resumen: el producto puede ser aceptable, pero el conjunto de la experiencia es tan malo que no compensa seguir comprando aquí. Hay muchas otras tiendas que ofrecen productos similares con un servicio mucho más serio y profesional.

Not good, not good. They don't give a F about their customers. I had to chase my order for weeks and fortunately, it arrived in the end. The product (THC oil) is ok, nothing special. The biggest problem is their lack of respect for their customers. I do not recommend them, mainly because of their lack of respect. I can back my statement with receipts.
