Been using them for a while and overall I'm happy. The rules feels pretty reasonable, the platform is easy to understand, and i like that a lot of the annoying calculations are already done for you. Saves a few brain cells.
Support has been decent too. Not everything is perfect though, I think some of the account information could be explained a little more clearly at first.
Still using them, so i guess that says enough. More good than bad for me

It’s easy to access the account, and support usually responds quickly. There was one time when I had to wait much longer than I expected, but overall the help has been good. The account metrics section clearly shows all the information you need.

I sent in a pocket a knife that I regulary use for outdoor and camping trips after one of the parts broke. The repair proccess was sntraightforward, the price was resonable, and the turnaround time was very fast. When the knife was returned, it had not only been repaired but also cleaned, lubricated, sharpened, and polished.

My experience was very positive from the initial deposit to the final withdrawal. I didn't face any major issues during the process. The only downside was that deposit and withdrawal confirmations sometimes took longer than expected, but the support team handled it professionally and everything was resolved by the end of the day!!! I really appreciated how knowledgeable the financial experts and support staff were it genuinely feels like their team knows what they're doing and has real experience in this field

Payhawk makes expense management simple and intuitive. The interface is clean, Support is fast and genuinely helpful, and day-to-day expenses are easy to submit. I'd only better grouping for related expenses
