I placed an order and didn´t even get an order confirmation. Then the order arrived well past the stated delivery window—by then I was already on vacation. The items don’t fit, and the return/exchange option in my online account disappeared. I’ve emailed multiple times with no reply, and phone calls only reach voicemail.
To make things worse, I don’t even know where to send a return to get my money back—there’s no clear return address or instructions anywhere. I would happily exchange for a different size or just return for a refund, but I can’t get any response or contact from the company. Extremely disappointing.
