Scam?

Package says delivered, yet nothing has arrived. They don't have customer support. How can a national postal delivery system not have customer support?

An AI chat that is useless, and a phone number you have to google, god forbid they gave it in the app, and which gives you a bunch of suggestions to start using the useless chat, to then end the call by saying we cannot answer your call, before hanging up.

This was an automated message given multiple times in the middle of a normal working day...

So, essentially, zero customer support. And package gone, I assume.
