Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us. We are sorry to see there was a delay to your delivery.

The estimated delivery timeframe listed on our site is in working days and so does not include weekend days. However I can still see there was a slight delay to your delivery. Having checked your order I can see that PJ dispatched your order on the very next business day that we received it. Unfortunately courier delays can happen and are out of Pole Junkies control.
