I only have good experiences with artlist. I really don't understand all these negative reviews. Read the terms and conditions people! They are definitely trustworthy. I had to cancel my subscription once, because I added SFX to my account, and didn't want to renew it for another year. I cancelled with Paypal and I also contacted the customer service. They promptly replied and it was not a big deal at all.
Anyways the music is really good, and their website and filter options are getting better and better. I also love their curated music and playlist. Definitely recommend it!!

I am a big fan of this platform so far! The thing that got me hooked right away was that they have my favorite drum'n'bass artists (camo & crooked and FredV& Grafix) in their music catalogue. And they have all sorts of other great music as well. I recently also signed up for the sound sfx. I really only can say good things about this platform.
The customer service is really helpful as well. I think you get the best value for your money with audiio.com

Ursprünglich wollte ich eine nicht so gute Bewertung hinterlassen weil ich ein Problem mit der Lieferung hatte und der Kundenservice nicht sofort reagiert hat. Es war meine erste Bestellung deswegen war ich einfach skeptisch. Aber man braucht einfach nur ein wenig Geduld bei Photospecialist und es macht sich bezahlt. Aber das Problem wurde sofort gelöst, der Umtausch war absolut kein Problem und der Kundenservice war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich hatte aus Versehen einen Diffusor im Paket welches ich zurückgesendet habe. Photospecialist hat das bemerkt und mir zurückgeschickt. Das nenne ich wirklich Kundenservice. Ich kann den Shop wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Sie haben die meisten Artikel lagernd, und der Versand geht recht schnell. Das einzige Manko sind die teilweise fehlenden Produktbeschreibungen auf der Seite, da würde ich mir wirklich mehr Informationen wünschen.
