Hello everyone. I'm 62 years old and was pretty terrified at the prospect of eating keto way in my age. With a family history of cancer, diabetes, heart attacks, and strokes I really didn't want to make any mistakes. I wanted to make sure keto is safe. I consulted my doctor and was allowed to do keto. However, she said to consult her again after one month of being on the diet to make sure everything is fine and well. I decided to give it a shot, even though eating this way is totally counter-intuitive to the way I've eaten for the last 40 years. The first month went well, I experienced no major inconveniences (besides a couple days of headaches). I went to visit my doctor again and we did a basic blood sugar blood test. The results were a pleasant surprise, as my blood sugar now was just perfect! I dropped 7 lbs. I am happy with my meal plan and keto diet in general and hope to keep it up! Thank you, KetoCycle.

Schon beim ersten Mal Auftragen war ich von der Creme überzeugt. Der Geruch ist einfach sehr angenehm. Die Wärmewirkung, die ja dazu da ist, dass das Fett verschwindet, hab ich sofort gespürt. Ich werde sie auf jeden Fall noch weiter benutzen.
