Used to be ok, now they don't support credit card and paypal anymore.
So in my case they are no longer a viable source for keys.

If they say that they didn't receive your payment, you have to take their word for it. With bank transfer you usually have no way to tell what happened after your money left the bank.

Ho aspettato 5 giorni a casa (l'indirizzo era giusto) per il ritiro di un pacco che volevo mandara, poi ho chiesto un rimborso.

Volevo mandare un pacco tramite BRT, aspettavo 5 giorni a case il ritiro, ma nessuno è venuto. Nel tracking c'era scritto 2 volte che non c'ero a casa. L'indirizzo era giusto. Nessuno ha tentato di suonare o di chiamarmi sul numero di telefono che ho lasciato.

Lieferung über BRT gebucht, Abholung zu Hause. Nach 5 Tagen Wartezeit Rückerstattung angefordert.
Im Tracking stand 2 mal zu lesen, ich wäre nicht anzutreffen gewesen, was einfach nicht stimmt (die Adresse war übrigens korrekt).
Weder Packlink noch BRT konnten mir Informationen geben, was schief gelaufen war.

The gaming console I ordered arrived quite fast. However, it would not play any of the included games. It took about 10 days and a couple of emails until we figured out that the console was locked for some reason. Then I got a video instruction how to unlock it.
The response time to emails was ok, I missed the first one because google put it into the spam folder.

My first experience with Fanatical.com was very positive, everything worked just fine.
