The bathroom storage unit I ordered arrived with nearly every single piece damaged. There was even one piece that has clearly been "repaired" badly with tape. I took photos of every single pannel and had returned it to an inpost locker within hours of it being delivered. I sent more detailed photos to customer service and it takes them days to respond aswell. I had initially asked for a replacement but with the lack of customer service I have now requested a refund. It will be interesting to see if this happens or not!

I really am happy with the clothes I purchased, 2 boxy crop tops and a crop jumper. Nice colours, sizing is accurate.
No complaints at all.

I will likely order again.

Purchased next day delivery well within the time limits, still not received or track able three days later.
Was told after 2 days to please wait and see if it arrives, day 3 still not dispatch info and no parcel. Refund in 3 to 5 days is ridiculous when my payment is instant on purchase. Not good enough.

Bad company, do NOT order. I placed an order on the 15th November and its still not here on the 5th of December despite a 4 to 7 working day delivery promise. No tracking, no dispatch info and no response to my email. I have had to raise a case via paypal. Do not buy!

Lots of choices online and I have actually purchased a lot over the years from The Range. However, they need to address who they sell products for on their page, particularly MH STAR UK LTD. The returns process even for a faulty item is long drawn out and deliberately difficult I feel. Not good for customer service just relying on the fact its not the range who deals with the return but rather the other company. Looking at trust pilot its clear that MH STAR is not a good company and so I can not understand why the Range sells their items?

Ordered a basic armchair via the Range, the chair arrived and we found there was one screw hole that wasn't in the right place. Only one yet it prevents the back of the chair being fully secured on one side to the rest of the chair.
So I quickly contacted the range, who sent my return request to the supplier here. I waited, and waited, and didn't hear back. So I chased it up and was again asked for photos despite sending them originally. Another three working days, I'm told to wait for a response on a faulty product. I see from reviews here that it's not uncommon. Very disappointing service and lacking in quality.

Honestly, it was the most amazing experience with cosmetic contour. Pure artistry. I had my eyebrows and eye liner done over a decade ago here, and when I was looking to get it re done, I was so relieved Cosmetic Contour was still here as I wouldn't trust anyone else. Truly, you feel so genuinely taken care of, the placement, design and colour is expertly chosen and discussed with you. Every step of the process is explained clearly. Customer care level is expert. Please! If you are looking into permanent make-up contact Cosmetic contour. Go and have a consultation. You will be in the best hands. This is so important for something for can't just wash off if it doesn't go well.

Excellent customer service. I've been a customer for a number of months now. I will continue to be a customer for as long as I need and this is the first stop for me should I require anything else in the future. At every step it's clear this is a proffesional and responsible company. They are consistent with their customer care and with sharing important information in a way that is easily understood. They don't just sell you the item they do the follow up and every interaction I've had, be that by phone or email, has been excellent. I feel very confident and safe purchasing my treatment from this online pharmacy and also I feel absolutely confident that should I have any concerns or questions they will be answered in detail. This is so important so don't settle for a company that offers less than that.

Be so very careful if thinking of ordering from this site. Not only do you need to read all the reviews to see why, cheap poorly made parts and poor customer service, but if you cancel your order within minutes of placing it they charge a 15% fee. Consumer rights uk say this is unreasonable. You will have to fight it and claim it back via your credit card. Unbelievable and terrible way to run your business.

Love this site, I've spent an absolute fortune here because they are reliable, trustworthy, well stocked with great variety and they offer excellent customer care.

The frames are great but the customer service isn't.

On my frames I found I had measured the PD wrong and this was discovered through emails back and forth. I was sceptical this was the issue and so took them to my opticians who found there was chromatic aberration. Even with the right pd the vision would have been blurry.
I had expected some sort of discussion on how to rectify it even if there was aditional charge but no.

I can see in their responses to negative reviews here that they don't like any criticism and can be very rude.

Buy the frames but don't add prescription lenses. Get those done by your actual opticians.

Such a shame.
