I've had my medication, once not turn up at all so had to go collect my prescription myself and put it into a chemist and next had to wait 48 hours for medication in which time I ran out and had to go and see a doctor to prescribe emergency meds. Not good enough and certainly not worth all of the hassle.

Thank you for your review, I have tried to contact you on the telephone today, unfortunately you were unavailable so I have sent you an email.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you have experienced with our service, as I have advised in my email the initial request you had placed on your account was an advanced order, unfortunately the year on the date of the request was set to 2018 and so was still held on your account waiting to be sent to your Surgery, I have cancelled this today for you.
The second request you had placed on your account was pending, waiting for the prescription to be returned to us, we spoke with your Surgery to chase this up and we were advised that the prescription had been sent to your local Pharmacy.
I cannot see that a request has been placed on your account since, however we have received your prescriptions from your GP on 11/01/18 and the order was dispatched the following day.
We always advise to place a request a full week before medication is due to run out, this is to allow for your Surgeries and our timescales.
Once again, we apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused, if you would like to discuss this further please respond to my email.
