I like the products shown in your brochure . I ordered several with the intention of using the company on a regular basis for garden products and flowers . I expected delivery in two weeks .

However over 5 weeks later I am still waiting for the plants I ordered , which is quite unacceptable when trying to plan the garden for the second half of the summer . There has been no contact about the delay , or indication of delivery date . When I phoned to discuss after a month of non receipt the only solution was to put me on the e mail list which would tell me when the plants were about to be delivered. All in all terrible service and still no plants ! David Holborn

Very efficient , but no need to have " sign for " on delivery . This just necessitates a trip to the postal sorting office as your customers , like me , will often be out when the post is delivered . This is a nuisance and time consuming .

Very helpful , not too much " regulatory " hold ups on a simple order , so all fine for me as a customer
