Promising a refund and not delivering, DON'T BUY FROM THEM
I am trying to get a refund for an online purchase. 3,400k worth of Macbook Pro. The order kept getting delayed, so I spoke with customer care on the phone and they said they were happy to cancel the order and refund me. I would get an email confirmation within 24 hours and funds back in my account within 3-5 working days. That has not happened. I have since been in contact via phone FIVE more times, and via email twice. The emails are unanswered and the phone calls always seem to go the same way 'oh, I can't see any refund or cancellation activated on your order, it seems she didn't do that. I will do that for you now, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours and a refund within 3-5 business days. NOTHING. Honestly it's beginning to feel like a real scam. I cannot get anyone to tell me why this is not happening, it's just not actioned over and over again. And meanwhile they have thousands of dollars they are holding on to. JUST BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. This should be really straight forward, it is NOT. I am going to have go to the small Claims tribunal to get this back.
