Sehr gute Pfanne - toller Kundenservice
Sehr gute Pfanne, die nach drei Jahren allerdings deutliche Gebrauchsspuren aufwies! Habe Fotos gemacht und diese dem Hersteller, mit der Bitte um Austausch, gesendet. Ca. eine Stunde später erhielt ich die Nachricht mit der Bestätigung, dass die Pfanne ersetzt wird. Heute, nach fünf Werktagen, erhielt ich meine neue Pfanne!!! Besser geht’s nicht!
