Cannot recommend highly enough! i have been a customer for years and keep coming back for the overall customer experience. My recent purchase had a small hiccup however they were superb in rectifying and nothing was too much trouble. In these current time's it must be hard for any business to maintain such a high standard, i experienced no difference now than in the past.

I too had a very bad experience with this firm, i purchased 6 single cubes from them. On delivery the cubes were packaged terribly which resulted in 2 of them being caved in on all 4 corners. When i contacted them to resolve the situation their customer service was non existent,it took me an age to get replacements. Luckily i came across Vinylblox these units are exactly the same spec and i have just purchased from them with an excellent customer experience. Order with absolute confidence! if like me you are a previous disgusted customer of I-Cubes vinyl storage, then Vinylblox are your solution. The cubes i ordered were exactly the same spec as I-Cubes and of a much superior quality, this meant that i could add to my vinyl storage without having to deal with the previous cowboys! i have tried contacting next day batteries on numerous occasions using the their only option of website substitution and have not had one reply! have lost faith and will not use again. avoid!!!!

My previous experience was good however, my latest order has been disappointing. Still waiting for my order to turn up after over a week and have contacted them through the website and have had no direct reply. Will look else where in future. Got no problem with delays etc just would of been nice for a direct reply to my query.

Excellent price, the Ray Bans I got for £78 delivered were £125 in a local department store. Have to admit I was a bit sceptical at first with them not being based in the UK, buy with confidence, received the genuine product. Good customer service that replied quickly to my questions and delivered within a week by DPD. Will definitely use again.
