I didn't understand anything but thanks to Victoria I understand a lot more without being made to feel ignorant. I decided to click on the live chat link today to see if I could get some additional information about my fidelity card. To begin with I didn't get a reply within 5 minutes so I was a bit wary then realised it is a Bank Holiday in the UK so i was more patient. I was lucky enough to be greeted by James who was extremely helpful and I almost felt like I was on the "actual" phone to him. He explained clearly the options available and suggested better proposals which have turned out to be very interesting and advantageous. After chatting with him I feel like I would need to meet him face-to-face to thank him in person for his time and patience. Highly recommend you all use the live chat
