My delivery didn’t arrive, no problem, a replacement was sent immediately, top marks !!

I love the raspberry lemonade flavour, I’m not as keen on the pineapple mango but certainly not horrid. My sleep seems deeper since taking, so a good addition to my nighttime routine.

Easy to order, delivery was prompt.

Unfortunately it wasn’t quite what I was looking for but the returns process and refund, was also easy and quick, so would have no hesitation in ordering from them again or recommending them to others.

First time purchaser, so always a little concerned how it’s going to go but happy to report, smooth process, quick delivery and great item, so very happy and highly recommend, would order from them again.

Great experience, quick delivery, fantastic price, very happy with my item, would order from you again. My only feedback was that the photo didn’t show the detail on the gilet up close, so that was a bit of a surprise but thankfully I liked it. Would recommend.

I won’t be in a hurry to order from Very again, I loved the item but it needed mending after the very first wear.

I also found the ordering process, clunky, intrusive (“we need to check you can pay”) and there was no option to check out as a Guest and Paypal are telling me there are two orders, when I ordered once and they can’t cancel the pending order, honestly a pain all round, so can’t recommend and only gave 3 stars because I loved the item, otherwise would have been a 1 star.

One of the items I ordered was delivered incorrectly for the SECOND time, which is frustrating, as clearly the picker is not taking the care when selecting items, to ensure it is the right item and I have to go into store to change it, might as well have done my shop in stores, after all. Once, is OK but twice :0(

I have been using the hair shampoo and conditioner for well over a year, I’ve just added the detox shampoo to my routine and my hair loves all the products from this fantastic brand, customer service is also flawless, highly recommend, money well spent !!

I was about to order from a brand beginning with “U” as I have many times, however I thought I would do some research, before making my purchase and boy am I glad I did.

The speed of delivery was exceptional from J&D, my slippers were delivered in a lovely dust bag and the actual quality of the item was EXCELLENT, 100% British sheepskin, along with a GREAT price.

I would highly recommend and would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again, thank you.

NOVA and particularly Simon Cahill have been clear, concise and have listened to my requirements, outlining the risks and potential gains of each strategy to educate me, so that I can make an informed decision, at every stage. Any questions I have are answered promptly and the platforms and tools are easy and clear to navigate and manage. This is a 5 star experience from my previous FA’s, I just wished I’d moved to NOVA sooner.

If you want to forget about your woes, head to Bar Broadway, well anytime but especially for their Drag Brunch. We went on Saturday 29th March, with the fantastic Queens, @alexfincherworld and Miss Darcy Knox, so much fun, great cocktails, burgers & chips, what’s not to like, we will certainly be back !!

I gave a review of a pair of socks, which in the grand scheme of things wasn’t that important but I was disappointed with the quality, as it wasn’t what I had come to expect from the brand.

A little while later, I received an email from Customer Services, it acknowledged the problem, apologised and wanted to put it right immediately.

They gave me options, which was great and honestly they went over and above my expectations to ensure that I was 110% happy with the outcome.

Customer Services is a tough job but these guys have it spot on, friendly, helpful, don’t shy away from the feedback, even if negative and want to resolve it to ensure I’m kept a happy customer.

I was a loyal customer prior to this and honestly even more so now, can’t fault how this was handled and all for the sake of a pair of socks … great job, highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed if you purchase from this brand !!

Genuinely believe the hype, my hair absolutely loves this shampoo/conditioner and hair & scalp oil. I’m not easy to impress either, just ask my friends !! Worth the hype, the price and I will be purchasing again when it runs out. Great product, highly recommend.

I ordered an item, I got an email saying it was on it’s way, quickly followed by an email that it was out of stock, this is obviously frustrating BUT customer service was excellent, very apologetic, full refund and a discount code for another order, can’t really fault that, so would order again.

The quality of the shoes are first class. There are so many loafers to choose from on the market but these are in a different class. No issues on ordering, if you are between sizes, I would recommend going down half a size, which was correct for me and I’d seen that recommendation on another review.

I purchased an Annual Policy, that same day I received a discount email. I rang customer service and they were super helpful, understanding that I wanted to receive the discount. I was able to cancel the original policy, receive a refund and rebook the policy at the discounted price, no questions asked. Very positive experience and all took less that 15 mins.

I’ve been a fan of Beauty Pie since the beginning and pretty much love every product I have purchased and continue to purchase many of them again and again. I have only given them 4 stars because it annoys me how much packaging they use, otherwise it would be 5 stars every time.

I have not used or heard of this company before but I was extremely impressed, easy ordering, delivery was super quick and product was completely as described. Honestly couldn’t fault them 10/10, would recommend and use again.
