Hello,
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand your concerns and frustration.
Please allow us to clarify: 17TRACK is not a shipping carrier, seller, or scam operation. We are an independent and neutral global package tracking platform. Our system simply gathers and displays tracking information from over 2,000 different logistics providers worldwide—such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, China Post, etc.—so users can view all their tracking in one place.
We understand your confusion, especially if you were unaware of 17TRACK before your recent online purchases. Some online sellers (including those operating on platforms like Instagram) may provide tracking numbers from unfamiliar or lesser-known couriers. In such cases, people often use 17TRACK because it can decode and display tracking information from obscure or international carriers that may not have user-friendly sites.
To clarify further:
We do not create tracking numbers.
We do not send or handle packages.
We do not sell any products.
Our app and website simply display the data provided by couriers.
📦 How We Can Help You Investigate: If you would like help reviewing the tracking information for your order, the quickest way for us to assist is for you to submit the details through our dedicated support form. Please click the link below to provide your tracking number and contact email. This allows our team to efficiently look into your case and help interpret the updates or identify the actual shipping carrier involved.

We deeply regret that dishonest sellers have used tracking numbers or third-party tools in a way that has caused confusion. If you believe you’ve been scammed, we also encourage you to:
Report the sellers directly to the platform you purchased from (such as Instagram or PayPal).
Dispute the transactions with your bank or payment provider.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We’re committed to being transparent and helping where we can.
