I was with my friend in H&M in galeria Krakowska and we bought 2 shirts and we had to pay 220 zloty. So we gave 300 zloty and we only Got 12 back.
So we said it to the staff and they said that they would go out and check the kameras and it would Take 5 minutes.
We then waited and we saw the manager who went out to check the kameras come back out with her stuff, and then she left the store, and NEVER came back!
We then waited 40 minutes! And they said that they could not find out what went wrong so they just have me 100 zloty and then said good bye.

SO BAD SERVICE!
WORST STORE IN THE GALERIA!!
