Fantastic communication from Theo from the beginning. My lovely scarf had moth holes in it which were expertly mended and I am very happy with it. I like the personal touch of the communication with the maker and it was all round a brilliant experience. I'm so glad The Seam exists - we should all be looking after our things, and it's great to be able to connect with talented makers like Theo. Highly recommend.
