Charged me for seats that their own (useless) Live chat system tells me are not valid. Impossible to get any answer from Live Chat and no refund given of money taken under what would seem to be false pretences. No answer from customer service line. I am told that the Live chat agents just end the chat when they can’t be bothered to answer and this did actually seem to be the case as Mele did exactly this to me. Be aware. Will not be flying Swiss again.
