Searching a company for sending money to my family in the PHilippines, transfergo has a good score,so I started to register. Received SMS to confirm my phone number, after that it asked to put a 4 digit code. I never received a code before, why does it ask me if I forgot the code? I clicked HELP, then arrives an endless list of error cases, on the bottom of the list a help button, clicked and described the problem that I didn't receive a code, sent it and a notice arrives: my email has not been viewed as my email address is not verified, I clicked on the bar in the email and got again the help site, describe my problem again, got again the same notice that my message did not arrive because my email not verified, received again an email to verify etc this 5 times in a row-.-I change the email address to this one for registration, this time didn't get an email at all. A human would never act like this stupid AI.
