Sent my jacket in as the Zipper puller had broken off.
Once it arrived at seams a lovely lady Sandra informed me that the whole Zip needed replacing and that the original adidas zip could not be sourced.
Disappointed in that, I agreed to a alternative replacement.
After initially getting the wrong zip for me because jacket was reversible so required a 2 way
Sandra messaged with a picture of the replacement Zip which I gave permission for.
However, once returned to me, I noticed how poor quality the replacement was.
Very cheap and nasty probably costing no more than a fiver.
Fitting cost me £79 including delivery costs which was disappointing.
Jacket was expensive brand new and now has a zip that resembles a toy from a kinder egg.
The quality of the work and the lady herself were fine but, adidas and seams need to get their act together on proper replacement items.
Now I have got to take it elsewhere and have it removed a total waste of time.
