We had problems with the fitting as we have an older motor home ,Although they said they would get back with help,they didn’t!My husband worked it out himself, after much effort he found a way to fit it.
Unfortunately our dog tried to get out to get to another dog and the clips broke.It cost another £12 to replace them!It certainly is not perfect for the job.
