The aircon was not cool since installation somewhere in last year June 2025. It was installed by our Renovation Company. We have reported many time for aircon servicing and repairing. But, till todate(22 July 2026)still the issue have not resolved. We submit a service request to Haier. Yes! the service man came on 16 July 26(Thurs) checked and did something on the aircon. But, the aircon is still not cool after the job done! The service man just told us he can't repair it and he will report the matter to Haier company! Please be informed that due to aircon not cool, this affected our business! Also reflected badly on Haier Branding! As we are running a cafe, many our customers have complaints about the aircon was not cool, I'm not sure how your branding and your company image can still be trusted by people in Malaysia!
