Based on what you've described, we suggest that this purchase was not made through Coolzy (coolzy.com). We've identified several fake review and affiliated websites which lead to coolizi.com, which closely copies our brand name. A fraudulent domain, coolzypro.fr, showing our logo and product photos also redirected visitors to coolizi.com. We are not connected to that site in any way and never received your payment.
If you ordered through coolzy.com you would have received a payment receipt with an order number starting with EU (European orders) or US (North American orders).
If your order number does not correspond, we strongly recommend contacting your bank or PayPal immediately and disputing the charge as fraud — most banks and PayPal buyer protection cover exactly this situation, and other affected customers have successfully recovered their money this way.
We've already reported the fake sites to their hosting providers and domain registrars to get them taken down.
